Quick food before a flight. Staff was friendly. Food was just ok. They serve breakfast all day. Food came out quickly, but I was pretty unattended after that and it took a long time to get my check.

I just had a basic breakfast with a glass of water. $18 with a modest tip. I’d say that’s pricey for what it was.

This is always where I eat when I fly in and out of the Palm Springs Airport! They have a delicious salad with grilled chicken, sliced almonds, dried cranberries, and goat cheese with a balsamic dressing that I LOVE!

My second time eating on this patio. Not sure why the service is so bad. It was very poor both times. The second time we were actually told they were closing. After informing the server we were just having drinks she let us sit down. But then proceeded to give out menus and deliver food to other patrons who sat down after us. It is self seating. Can take up to 20 minutes for a server to notice you. Both times dining we just had drinks and from the time we placed our order to time we grabbed the bill it was 1.5 hours min. I had to go inside and aggressively ask to pay the bill as the server was no where to be seen. We saw multiple people wait and leave because no one came by, and also leave after placing a food order because the food did not come out in less than 60 min. If you are in a rush i would avoid, and if you stop by for drinks or food anticipate you will be waiting around.

Pity we are unable to give this PSP restaurant less than a star. Setting aside the low quality sliders which were likely frozen and reheated in a microwave, the service itself was godawful. We arrived an hour prior to our departing flight and had to beg for our bill. The service was absolutely horrible.

The sliders were sickly over microwaved. The fries were grossly soggy. The condiments we requested with our original order never arrived.

We were worried about missing our flight and were about to leave a $50 bill to sufficiently cover the bill before the waiter finally arrived.

We travel frequently for work and this may be one of the worst domestic airport restaurants we have ever encountered. How are they able to remain in business?

We have a second home in Palm Springs and can honestly say this establishment has gone downhill significantly in recent years. Please avoid at all cost. It’s best to stop by the freaking taco joint by the 76 on Ramon beforehand if you’re feeling hungry before a flight. The food is awful and the service itself is far worse.

BTW. We paid nearly $40 for the sliders (one entree), a water, and a screwdriver cocktail. This establishment is the absolute worst we’ve encountered at domestic airports.

The nitro cold brew was delightful.

My wife and I weren’t happy with the pastries. However, the staff were most friendly and graciously offered me a refund. I am quite satisfied with this, so five stars for good service, good vibes, good coffee!

I’ll return.

Don’t think I’d have the food here (not a lot of vegetarian options anyway) but had a nice beer on the patio which is nice for an airport bar!

Arrived and stood in line for a table for 3. People behind us were being seated at tables for 2 and when we asked if they could move an obviously free chair to make a table of three the manager refused. So after 15 min and 4 groups of 2 being seated we left. The manager would rather loose our business than find a solution. That kind of service is totally unacceptable especially in an international airport.

We stopped to have a cocktail while waiting on a friend to come through the gate. You can see the passenger go by. The cocktails were good as was the pretzel we ordered. The best part of it was the service we and other customers received from Hyman. He was attentive, friendly and went our of his way to be helpful. If you are looking for a great employee I would go to the cafe and offer him a job. He most likely would turn out to be your top employee.

First of all, the price isn’t good, but at the airport, the prices are all bad. The Cali burger was actually pretty good. It was well seasoned and had a good amount of guac and sauce. The fries were actually pretty good, fried perfectly with the right amount of salt and seasoning. I have no complaints about my meal except the price.

15 min before anyone brought a menu. Waited another 15 before my order was taken. Lunch became a beer as I didn’t want to miss my flight. Unless you have time to kill not the place to have a pre flight meal.
