Went to Wendy’s on Broad Street in Sumter, SC and the place was disgusting. Trash everywhere…I was scared to look at the bathroom. They didn’t have ketchup cups had to use lids. No Napkins. Husband cannot have cheese and his burger had cheese on it. My son didn’t want pickles and onion and we asked for it to be plain and it had onions on it. Their place is gross but they are worries about my son climbing on the back of the booth. Come on. Check your priorities. CLEAN YOUR RESTAURANT! Do better!

If I could give negative stars I most definitely would. The restaurant was alright but the employees were loud and playing around. Our food was Ice cold. Asked for fresh fries and they still came out cold. Management is very poor, employees have no training, over all a bad experience and we won’t be back.

I am sure it is not always like this, but when I went service was slow. Meaning so slow that I could have made my order went to a store real quick and come back. Was waiting a half hr to almost an hr for my order. On top of that some items were either wrong or forgotten. But the staff there is very friendly and kind as they handed my order. My family has been on an emotional roller-coaster this whole month. Today we came by after picking my daughter up from work. Can I say a smile goes along way when you have no idea what someone is going through. The manager was precious and the employees as well. Never will I purchase from Wendy’s for dinner , I Order a bacon burger , The sandwich had no bacon nor sauce . My baked potatoe wasn’t packed correctly into a black plastic container instead it was flipped upside down in bag , I asked for a “grilled chicken Asiago “ combo , I didn’t have any Asiago cheese nor ranch sauce , VERY DISAPPOINTED

The food was fine but this review is about the restaurant itself. I don’t typically leave negative reviews because everybody has bad days, but I noticed this issue was already addressed and nothing has been done about it. We visited early, before the lunch rush. The floor was greasy, and the drink station doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in weeks. The Coca-Cola Freestyle machine was not maintained (half the drinks weren’t available) and it was plain nasty. The touch screen hasn’t been cleaned in forever (greasy finger prints all over it) and the drink dispersion area is also in desperate need of cleaning. This location has so much potential, but it feels like they just don’t care about the dining room.
