At the Pittsburg location. When I got home with food, I had 3 value meals and one value meals was missing the hamburger, how do you forget the main part of the meal!!!!! the fries were nasty , and the sodas tasted weird!!!!!! This restaurant has gone down hill. Wendy’s WAS my favorite restaurant in town. Not going back.

I love to come here for their summer salad and drink options. This was a strawberry, grilled chicken salad with candied almond slices with a light vinaigrette. So delicious! I’m going to have to try to recreate this salad to have at home.

Just ordered a baconator and some burgers for my kids. Literally none of it had cheese on it. I hate to say this because wendys is one of my favorite places to grab a burger, but some shit like this happens almost every time.

I am beyond appalled by the experience we just had at Wendy’s. We ordered a kids’ chicken nugget meal, and to our absolute horror, one of the nuggets very clearly had a bite taken out of it. Let me repeat that—a bite had already been taken out of a nugget that was handed to us in a sealed kids’ meal! How does something like this even happen? It’s not only disgusting but entirely unsafe and unethical.
To make matters worse, the fries that came with the meal were cold, stale, and obviously had been sitting out for far too long. It’s infuriating to see such a lack of care for quality and safety at an establishment we should be able to trust to provide fresh, untouched food.
I cannot overstate how disappointed we are. This was not just poor quality—it was outright negligence. Giving customers food that someone else has eaten off of is a serious health and safety issue. We will not be returning to this location, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this Wendy’s. Absolutely unacceptable.
