I recently visited Krispy Krunchy Chicken on Philadelphia Pike and was quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered the Cajun Chicken Sandwich that was prominently advertised as being filled with chicken tenders, which looked very appealing in the promotional images. However, what I received was a sandwich containing a chicken patty instead, which is a significant deviation from what was advertised.
Moreover, the wait time for my order was unusually long. I had to wait up to 20 minutes from the time I arrived, even though the restaurant was not particularly busy. This added to my dissatisfaction with the overall experience.
I understand that some variation between advertised images and the actual product is normal, but in this case, the differences were too substantial. I am grateful that the management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve both the product accuracy and service efficiency in the future.

I have never ordered from here and I must say, “I was completely satisfied with my order.” The chicken were real nice in size, they were extra crispy, very flavorful and all around some of the best fast food chicken I have eaten in a good while.” The $10 off my Grubhub order with my Amazon Prime order was a great plus and free delivery too, who could ask for a greater Friday night meal. I’ll definitely be ordering from this location again.

I rate it a two because of two things:. First the mam behind the counter was ignorant, second my corn dog was partly frozen in the middle and the stick was broken off where I didn’t know there was a stick inside until bit into it.
On the other end of things, the shrimp pizza was excellent. When ordering online, you don’t get the opportunity to know what is on the pizza, so I took my chances and found out it has quite a combination of things:. Cheese, light sauce, onions, green peppers, and a decent amount of shrimp.
