I was just browsing the reviews as I was waiting for my delivery (Which was 30 minutes late btw) all for it to come with one tiny piece of turkey on there. I quit going to subway after I started realizing how much more fresh JJ sub’s tasted but tbh this is the most pathetic sandwich I’ve ever seen in my life.

Seriously irritated! The last few times we’ve ordered, they’ve delivered MOST of our order. It usually is a cookie or a pickle or a drink missing. Not a huge deal. I’ve never even called to correct it. But, tonight I ordered food for the whole family. Pretty costly at almost $55. We received our order and ALL of the sandwiches barely had ANYTHING on them. I’ll attach the picture of my Club Lulu. One piece of turkey and 2 strips of bacon and not much else. Out of 4 sandwiches, they were all prepared the same way. Apparently, this is the common standard now? At $10+ per sandwich, I expected more. Plus, we are missing ALL the pickles and 2 cookies. With all these issues, I actually called to complain. The 1st “kid” I spoke with apologized and assured me they would resend the order. 10 minutes later, I receive a phone call from the “manager” (clearly another kid), to let me know that they’ve reviewed the camera footage and they’re confident that we received everything except a “couple” pickles… I tried to explain that yes, we received the order (minus 4 pickles and 2 cookies), but that didn’t change the fact that our sandwiches were mainly BREAD. I even told this “man” that I unfortunately tested positive for COVID today and this was supposed to be dinner for my family. He clearly didn’t care and had no intentions on helping to fix the problem. So… now I have hungry teenagers that want something else and considering that I can’t go anywhere right now, I’ll have to order ANOTHER delivery.
Thanks for showing your true consideration towards your customers! Nice job LaPorte Jimmy John’s. Quite the disappointment.
I’ll be contacting the corporate office during business hours tomorrow. (After I had to Google the phone number because they refused to give it to me on the phone.)

The LaPorte Jimmy Johns is disgusting. I am not sure who owns it, but you need to go in there and clean that place up. There are alot of great young people out there, but your young staff play around. All behind the counter where they work lettuce and food all over. The windows are dirty, floors, walls. The bathroom looks like it has not been cleaned in about two weeks mold in the toliet. One girl was sweeping the floor barely putting any effort into her work. This used to be a great location. Go to the Chesterton location and take tips on how to ..CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. They clean their windows, floors, tables & seats, bathroom constantly and it has been that way for years, even behind where they work it is very clean. Plus they have had some of the same employees for years. That says something about the franchise owner and who you have as a manager. Our Veternarians office is cleaner than this place… The saying is if the windows are dirty, it’s not clean. Take tips from Culver’s I have never been in one that was not clean. This place has been declining for about a year. I don’t really leave very many reviews, but I am going to start. I will wait a while go back and see if they really care about peoples reviews. I have heard through the vine they really don’t care

Probably the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to in my life. The slowest service ever combined with horrible customer service, half the time it’s overstaffed with incompetent young workers who are too busy goofing off and playing games instead of doing their job. Constantly horrible service every single time I’ve visited this location.
One day it took us over an hour and a half to get 2 sandwiches delivered. Freaky fast? lol yeah right, you guys need to take down anything that says that, false advertising. Needless to say, after today’s expected bad experience, this will seal the fate of us never being a return customer to this location.

Until the last three times ordering, I have previously been pleased with Jimmy Johns in Laporte. This time around, I received a rather lacking sandwich when I ordered E-Z on Lettuce, Cucumbers and additional Veggies but even the meat and primary veggies were extremely lacking.
The order prior to this one, the delivery driver didn’t receive and deliver half of my order. After the delivery driver came back, still failed to deliver my sides but at least brought my drink. The order prior to this, the order was completely wrong even though the receipt stated the correct order.
I am unsure as to what has transpired over the past three weeks at this location but between the lack of attention to order(s) as well as the rude young woman as of this time around hardly has done anything to rectify the situations and at this point I would rather not order from this establishment of this is the lack of care that is being provided to customers at this time.
The only positive that I can provide is that the delivery time(s) have been decent and the delivery driver(s) themselves have been quite pleasant to speak with. So, A+ on that end of things. I will not fail to provide positive feedback where due. I hope that in the future, better attention to detail and attitudes improve at this establishment.

When I do order from this location it’s usually delivery but today I had the opportunity to go in. It was clean but the customer service is 0/10. No greeting, when I went to pick up my food I had to get my own bag it took about 5-8 minutes before I got my unwhich, I was the only one in there. They were too busy talking about Tik Tok. Moving forward I will just continue ordering online or won’t even bother because of the lack of customer service.

Freaky fast? Ordered at 12:26pm 12/22/24 for delivery. Now sitting at 1:10pm and I still have zero jimmy johns in my hands. The store is 3 mins from my house. Make that make sense. If you are busy, reach out to customers and let them know. That would be the professional manner in handling your time frame delay for delivery. Don’t be sorry, just do better
