Very disappointing experience. I bought smoked mackerel here and when I opened it at home the fish was falling apart and had a very unpleasant smell. It was supposed to be cold smoked but it did not look or taste right at all. I understand that sometimes there is no expiration date listed on fish but this one was clearly not fresh and honestly inedible.
There were almost no price tags. No clear prices on the sausages and no clear prices on most of the fish. Only one small tag somewhere in the corner. It makes shopping confusing and uncomfortable.
The refrigerators were always fogged up and it was hard to see what was inside. You can barely see the frozen items or what you are choosing.
The employee who helped me was rude and unfriendly. The service felt careless and unpleasant. Overall a very bad experience and I will not be coming back.

no prices on most of the food… staff super rude and unprofessional. We had kindly asked if they would cut our ham from the new loaf since we were going to buy more than the amount of the ham that was already opened , and we were driving 10 hours back home. The aggressive man wouldn’t even let me finish my word and started screaming at us, never seen this level of unprofessionalism. The previous day we went the lady was not any more kind either, they must be husband and wife…

It’s a pretty small store but very clean and have everything you need. The only thing I didn’t like is the line. It was very confusing that the line where people slice their sausages and cheese is the line for a check out. I had to wait 15 minutes to check out just to get bread and mayonnaise.

The store is amazing and full of Russian and Ukranian goodies! I was craving the zucchini spread and a real buckweed! I found all of this and more! Zefir, its of healthy options to eat for everyone! The prices are very affordable, for some options are chieper then anywhere! I’m glad I came here for a real taste of Russian products from my childhood! Great job! And huge thank you from all Russian people leaving here!

I’ve been shopping here occasionally since about 2016. I live 45 minutes away. But when I’m In the area I love to stop by. I love their meat and cheese and even their desserts. They have a lot of unusual candy selection. And I love their Helva also. The people are always friendly and helpful.

I’m extremely disappointed with this store. They sell expired products, which is not only unacceptable but also dangerous. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I won’t be shopping here again and strongly advise others to check expiration dates carefully if they do.
