My daughter wanted to try a new restaurant for breakfast and found Deniz. It was a 30+ minute drive, but I am glad we visited.
The moment we entered, we were immediately greeted by Kaily, our server/host. What a gem of a person. So friendly and helpful in giving us recommendations on drinks and food items. There were so many choices between breakfast and lunch and everything on the menu looked amazing.
The food was amazing. The portion sizes were huge.
Atmosphere? Lots of selfies to be had. The place was smaller than most restaurants, but a lit of beautiful decor.
Highly recommend this restaurant!

Had the Turkish breakfast for 2. Plus sausage. Plus baklava.

Awesome!! This was a lovely adventure!!

Came with a fancy pot of tea!
Menemen-which seems like scrambled eggs with tomatoes and peppers and onions. Just lovely and rich and yummy!! And a platter of cheese (salty with firmish texture—. All in a good way) olives, fresh tomatoes fresh cucumbers, honey ? Jam? Fresh pita bread and 2 over easy eggs. It works!! The pan fried. Sausage added even more texture and umami to the meal. And the baklava—. You just have to have baklava if it’s offered, right? Different flavors. It was Really really tasty food!!! Generous portions. Good value, in addition to excellent food! 5/5

Service was kind and quick. No one else was in the restaurant. So they let us linger.

This is great food! Great value!
An original small business. Which deserves community support.
Will be back and bring more friends.

Stopped in for some breakfast. I had scorched egg and hash browns. Portions are very generous and everything was cooked very well and delicious.

I would reserve 5 stars if the herbs in the dish description had included more fresh herbs and greens than the few dried herbs I saw. The Turkish coffee was nice, but I missed a very strong and potent brew. Might be nice to give some options with the coffee strength and sweetening.

The staff and service were excellent. I particularly loved the music that was playing and it’s a cozy interior. I will be coming back to try pistachio cream waffles with fruit 🙂

The lamb kabob was hard to chew, it just wasn’t tender enough. All the specials, the lentil soup and the menu I have put in the photograph below were terrific. The phone held the greatest amount of attention by the hostess/waitress. I would return for the portion of the menu below.

This place is wonderful! The food is delicious and very fresh. The family that owns the restaurant is kind and attentive to detail. They also serve breakfast all day which is nice. We ordered the Turkish Breakfast for Two. I am excited to come back soon and try more items on the menu!

Ordered takeout this morning and everything was excellent. The fruit was fresh, the crepes were perfect, and the Turkish coffee was nice and strong. (I never had it before, and it woke me up so fast. It might become my new caffeine habit. I’ll definitely be getting that again.)
Bonus points for the careful packaging of the food, too. It was nice to see that they care about details like that, even if it was just a simple takeout order. Thanks!

So glad we stumbled on this place while out shopping in the North Hills on a Saturday morning. Started off with some Turkish coffee which was small but mighty…intense flavor but not bitter at all. I ordered the Menemen (eggs scrambled with tomatoes, peppers, onion, and cheese) which was served in a beautiful bowl. They provided plenty of pillow-y soft homemade flatbread, which was needed to scoop and soak up all of that delicious sauce. It was seriously so good! My husband ordered the veggie omelet which was served with toast and seasoned potatoes – definitely enough for two people, although he was able to finish it himself. He loved all the fresh veggies in the omelet as well as the seasoning on the potatoes. We were very impressed with everything from start to finish. Our server was so nice and attentive. He made sure we had everything we needed and was able to manage multiple tables at a time. We will definitely return to try the dinner menu – the kebabs look fantastic!

We went for brunch and found the menu had a huge amount of variety, and to be fair as we had kids with us this was part of the reason we went, however the menu was a bit all over the place. The adults got Mediterranean style food and we were fairly happy with that, however the kids got more traditional breakfast and were nonplused. The environment was a little chaotic with a ten minute wait for a table and a single waitress trying to handle a dozen tables or so. At some point before we arrived the women’s restroom toilet had overflowed and there was no sign up indicating a wet floor or marking the bathroom out of use, I’m not sure if it was fixed before we left, and felt a little unsanitary as the bathroom is not very far from the tables. The location appeared to have been a garage at one point that was converted to a restaurant and someone has an eye for design and made it look a lot better, but all the decorations were also quite cheap. It would have gone a long way of the flowers weren’t plastic and everything didn’t come off so cheap. Overall we weren’t very impressed.

We went just as it opened and got the breakfast for 2. Definitely enough food for 3-4 people! Everyone was lovely and not only took care of us but had nice conversations as well. Food was fresh and homemade (even the Pita). Though they had American fare I recommend the Turkish dishes.
