Pickup up a door dash order been waiting 45 mins. One person up front. They are rude and overwhelmed. Taking phone orders and they are behind. One guy called his in over a he ago still not ready. And they placed someone food over a trash can.

I give this store a rating of 5 as the wait for food (ordered as a walk-in) did not take long. I also noticed those who called in did not have to wait for their orders. Next time I will call-in an order.

I’ve eaten here once before and enjoyed a 10-piece mixed wings (flats and drums). Today, I unfortunately ordered a lamb gyro combo with fries and a 12-oz can of soda. That was about 2 hours ago. I’m now sitting near a wooded area where I had to pull over off the road, open my door, and vomit. What’d they put in that lamb? Or was it? My nausea was severe and only subsided after 6-8 violent abdominal contractions expelled the offending meal.

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. I asked for a simple veggie wrap—literally just the chicken wrap without the chicken—and the guy working there refused to help me with it. I even said I’d pay full price! On top of that, he wouldn’t give me a simple cup of ice with my order. He was unfriendly, unhelpful, and seemed to go out of his way to make things difficult.
What’s worse is the attitude—like he knows people don’t have other food options around here, so he treats customers poorly without any concern. It’s really disappointing and honestly just sad. No one deserves to be treated like that over something so simple.

Very disappointed with the service at this restaurant. My order was wrong I order two meals one for me and my daughter. Next I was overcharged for food I didn’t receive we only received on order. Third the bag was full of grease and leaking. Fourth when I spoke with the owner ( under new management) he couldn’t solve any problems also very arrogant and rude. This was a horrible experience I will no longer spend my hard earned money at the Mont Claire junction location in Baltimore md.
Good food means little when the service is this poor. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place to others until they improve their customer service.

The boneless buffalo wings & fries was fresh I ordered inside however it took 30 minutes, the customer service was bad and that was my first time ordering at the Mount Clair Junction location and my last. Also they charge an extra $1 for boneless chicken which I didn’t understand. I heard of being charged for flats only but not boneless. $22 for 10 boneless wings fries and can soda

The wings are always great. The customer service here is the absolute best. There’s an America’s Best Wings closer to where I live, but I prefer this one because of the customer service and the fries are cooked better. The only thing that I feel could improve is the availability of “all flats.” Other than that I wouldn’t change anything.
