Saturday morning, They had just opened, didn’t even have all the lights on yet. Our subs were done very quickly and efficiently. Firehouse subs has yet to disappoint us. I like the fact that we can go and get a very good quality sub with fresh ingredients.And still be able to help the first responders.
The restaurant is always clean even when they’re busy. They have enough crew to be able to get your sub out quickly and efficiently.
My son had his go to hook and ladder sub.I tried the new thanksgiving sub.Even though they were out of gravy and cranberry sauce, it was still a very good well made sub.
I also like the fact that you can order on the app and go through the drive through and pick up your order.

We had a VERY bad experience last time but the shop manager, Rodney, got ahold of us and asked all the right questions. Then with sincere apologies offered to make our subs again for free and we were not disappointed this time!! Such great customer service!! we will be enjoying them again soon! Came here from out of state for Thanksgiving tomorrow & decided to eat here. People were decant but not really the friendliest. Food took a good minute to get done. Wich I don’t understand cause the place was pretty much dead. When we finally got our food it had incredibly WAY TOO MUCH MUSTARD.

Ordered a cup of ice only, was charged close to $3 for a fountain drink when I only received a cup of ice only. When asked about it, they said they had to charge for the cup. Gave the nastiest attitude you could imagine. All this on top of 20 to 25 minute wait times for DRIVE THROUGH. The last seven minutes, my food was sitting on the counter while the employees were just standing around talking.

Thay advertise opening at 1030 ,standing outside at 1035 a lady comes to door and said it will be fifteen minutes before she can let us in,because she has a catering order to finish.Have been many times have enjoyed their sandwiches,but will not return.
