This morning I went to Starbucks like I normally do, expecting the same quick, friendly experience I’ve had so many times before. I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold foam cold brew, something simple that I get pretty often. When they handed it to me, it was basically a cup of milk with a splash of coffee. Not even close to what the drink is supposed to be. the cold foam was watered down not even foam more so like a creamer. it wasn’t cold the worker put a half of scoop of ice in the cup, used hot coffee on a plastic cup and ice was put in last.
I still said thank you and was about to politely ask if it could be remade. Before I could even finish, the barista just stared at me for a long moment with this annoyed look, said absolutely nothing, and then walked away to start making other people’s drinks. I was left standing there feeling completely ignored and honestly pretty embarrassed.
What made it worse is that they weren’t even that busy, and I come to this Starbucks location all the time. I’ve never had an issue here before, which is why this experience felt so disappointing. I wasn’t rude, I wasn’t demanding. I just wanted the drink I paid for to be made correctly.
Customer service isn’t just about making drinks. It’s about treating people with basic respect. Being ignored like that over a simple request was frustrating and honestly just made my whole morning feel off.
I really hope this was just a one-off moment because I usually enjoy coming here. But no one should feel brushed off or dismissed when they’re simply asking for their order to be made right.

Amazing service! Everyone was quick super helpful and the drink is perfect! I will 100% be a regular from here on out as I work across the road, ive always had bad experiences at my local Starbucks but this is perfect! Thank you all so much and keep up the amazing work!

I was at the service window for a few minutes… the worker looked at me and said nothing.
I parked and when I tried to enter, the door was closed.
The worker then told me through his cell phone “we are closed, now we close at 8pm.”.
I understand that now it closes at 8pm, however he could have been more professional and let me know through the service window, since the information on Google says that they close at 9pm.
I recommend telling your manager to update the information so that customers do not waste their time as I have today…
Hope they update the hours info ASAP.

I accidently ordered at the wrong location and instead of me having to drive another 10-15 mins up the road they took my order and made it happen. I just had to show them my receipt. It saved me so much time and I am grateful they were able to do that for me so I was not late for work.

Whoever made my drink today was top tier!!! Yesterday was great as well ❤️ it’s so hard to find a location that makes the brown sugar oat milk correctly, so glad it’s done will here. Also always very friendly staff, I’m greeted every time I walk in and told to have a great day every time I leave!
Update* EVERYTHING PERFECT AGAIN!!! I’m attaching a photo this time, I ordered 2 brown sugar oatmilk espressos, an iced matcha (coconut milk & nondairy slated caramel cold foam), medicine ball & a sandwich. Sandwich was perfect, drinks were perfect & I can’t tell you how much it makes my day coming here!

Today I came to buy a drink and something to eat. I placed my order, waited in line for a while, and when I went to pay, they told me they didn’t have change for $100. I forgot my wallet at home, and they insisted, saying they couldn’t change the bill. It was all I had, and all I wanted was to enjoy the drink and food. I left the place because they wouldn’t give me my food and wouldn’t take my payment. I should have had change for over $100.

I drive past 3 other Starbucks to come to this location. The store is always clean. Staff is always friendly. Most importantly, they keep the music at a comfortable volume to still be able to carry on a conversation!
