Second bad experience I’ve had here. Ordered at 5:30 pm, food wasn’t delivered until 7:06pm. We had to call to be told they had a “rush” and were told our food hadn’t even left the building. Right after we got off the phone our food showed up. We were promised it would be hot when it came. It was not, all the food was Luke warm, food chewy, food soggy. cheesey bread looks like it only the cheese was cooked. $63 for this. On top of that the girl that took the order was rude and had an attitude.

I just ordered from you about an hour ago. I ordered a chicken salad and cheese bread. The food was absolutely delicious! The delivery driver was friendly and really kind to my very hyper 7yr old lol! Thank you so much for making this quarantine just a little bit more livable!!

The last 3 times I ordered I asked to not over cook the cheese bread…this is what I got(see pictures). Not just 1 time but all 3 times. I ordered the chicken salad and it had the wrong cheese on it and I asked for ranch. What I got is 1 ranch and 1 mystery dressing. It could be blu cheese but it ruined my salad. Really sad.

I moved here in February of 2023. We were just looking to order Carbone’s Pizza’s Antipasto Salad, Italian fries, and Red Marinara Dipping Sauce and we’re so bummed out tonight to find that Carbone’s Pizza is temporarily closed! My daughter and I just recently discovered that you offer this combo as well as Carbone’s renowned pizza. No one else in the Hastings, MN area provides authentic Italian Antipasto Salads. No one. Carbone’s has the AP Salads and Italian Fries down to a science! It’s the best we’ve ever tasted! Yes, we love their Pizzas too! They are located only a couple of blocks from us. I Googled searched Antipasto Salads near us and since you’re temporarily closed, we now have to go drive very far to find another Carbone’s Pizza that offers that makes them. Please stay in Hastings, MN. You’re a secret treasure we’re just discovering! P.S. We ended up making it ourselves. It was very good, but not quite the same. We’re very much looking forward to a grand reopening right here in Hastings, Minnesota!

I love Carbone’s, but this location was a huge disappointment. I ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza and the toppings were so sparse that basically half the pizza was a cheese pizza. I’ll make the drive to Rosemount to get my Carbone’s fix from now on.

So very disappointed with our delivery order tonight
:/ We ordered a 14″ Special pizza, plus a small order of Buffalo Wings. On a positive note, our order arrived with-in the time frame given…..However, the rest was a huge negative. Our pizza arrived cold, and the wings were undercooked – as in semi-raw near the bone. $38 plus a cash tip given to the delivery guy, and now we’re cooking the wings and heating up the pizza in our oven. Sad, as we love to support our local businesses here in Hastings, but we won’t be ordering from this Carbones again
