The food was terribly disappointing, all the toppings was in the middle leaving half the slice near the crust just cheese. This is the third time in a row this has happed at this location very disappointing considering this is my favorite pizza chain. I will be driving an extra 10 mins each way to go to a location that cares about there product.

Cold food delivered reeked of cigarettes..refused a refund or a credit..only replacement of food..which arrived 1.5 hrs later smoked up and ice cold. Tom the manager was rude & refused to do anything about it. Abysmal customer service. Should be zero stars.

Got take-out and when we got home there were two big problems. Our large pizza had no toppings on it despite the ticket on the side labeling it as half beef/half pepperoni. The wings were the most piss-poor excuse for wings I’ve ever seen and I love trying boneless wings from different places. Looked NOTHING like the ads for the wings. They resembled the kind of wings bought from a grocery store with barely any sauce drizzled on.
Then comes fixing the pizza…what a POOR excuse for customer service. Assistant Manager on the night of 5/13/24 was completely rude over the phone and then had the audacity to be rude again to my mother when she arrived back at the store. Waving his finger in her face, acting as if he’s doing US the favor by remaking the pizza when we asked what they’re going to do about fixing this problem…”Weeell, I’ll remake the pizza for you and that’s it!”. Then, also demanded the incorrect pizza back. I’ve worked pizza places and it’s VERY common to let the customers just keep the wrong one, because A. you can’t serve it and have to throw it away since it’s been in someone’s home, opened, and possibly touched, and B. IT’S THE NICE THING TO DO!!! Go to “Pal’s” fast food down the street and not only do they let you keep the wrong order, they remake the food, AND sometimes give you the money back too just for the trouble (we didn’t ask for this, just giving an example how how to treat the customer when you mess up). We asked for nothing special and the Assistant Manager was nothing but indignant and rude.
Do not recommend. Won’t EVER be back to this location. Take your business elsewhere.

The worst place to get pizza. The manager working was the only guy there, he was very rude, my pizza was burnt on the bottom and it was cold, i paid for topping and I hardly had any, didn’t give me any of the sauces I needed. I live 5 min down the road from papa johns after placing the order I got in the car and went to pick it up and waited so why is my pizza cold. I called and told him about my pizza and he didn’t care. I have a handicap uncle who has had a stroke and he couldnt eat the pizza. He tells me bring it back. I’m sorry sir but I’ve been outside working and that the only thing I’ve had and I spent 30 on pizza I’m not going to waste 30 dollars. There staff over all dont care about there jobs. Because of there bad service and they didn’t care that I had handicap uncle that lived in my home I will be taking this to the news and I will be talking to the owner and the man who owns the shopping center. I’m tired of bad service. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AT THIS PAPA JOHNS. I have talked to corporate office and the owner will be calling me.

I really like the store and the people. But I’m super pissed because I dash at night for a second job and time is money when you’re a Door Dasher. I get to the store. They say the order is gonna be 15 minutes. I’m like cool. I sit around and wait. Told the customer. Go in after 15 mins, wait another five minutes and another guy says, ” I’m gong to start your order.” I wasted a 20 minutes for nothing and I still didn’t even get paid because I still didn’t get the pizza. I wasted enough time.

Ordered buffalo wings and they came plain without sauce. I called to remedy the situation but the manager was busy . Understandable. But this shouldn’t have gone out the door . However , things happen I guess. But very very disappointed .

This was my first time ever having Papa John’s and I just wasn’t very impressed. I ordered online and picked it up. The app isn’t very good, I thought I ordered stuffed crust but it somehow changed to regular crust. It was ready within 15 mins of ordering, and the employee was friendly. The pizza itself was dry and the pepperonis tasted like ham. I probably won’t eat here again. There are much better places to get a pizza.

Ordered our Pizza around 10:20 pm for Delivery!! Ordered a large half pepperoni pepper and onions, the other half pepperoni, hamburger and bacon with extra cheese!! They lady said it would be here between 45 to 50 minutes!!! It’s a good thing We said we would be paying in cash because our pizza never arrived even at 1145 NOTHING!!! ATTEMPTED CALLING THE STORE TWICE AND IMAGINE NO ANSWER THANK YOU FOR YOUR HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
