Service was pretty good. The employees need some more training. I was given croissant with cold cheese on it. Egg wasn’t too warm either. Coffee was given less than half a cup with coffee other half with foam, you can feel the cup n tell by the weight. I asked the other employee to fill up the cup. Over all the service was good.

This place is very hit or miss. The customer service is always subpar. The staff seems to only be in 2 modes; either unorganized or with attitude. There have been countless times that the staff voluntarily made adjustments to my online order. I have had to go back on all occasions to have them fix it the way I ordered it. VERY ANNOYING and and quite frankly, disrespectful. Unfortunately this is the only Dunkin in the area without having to drive miles away for better service and food.

I placed an order explain to the gentleman that took my order over the intercom three different times specifically that I needed the sugar and cream on the side of the coffee and that the sandwich was to have no meat unfortunately, when I arrive to pick up my food the coffee was not the way I had asked for and there was meat on the sandwich. I explained to the other attendant through the drive-through window that it is not what I had ordered and she proceeded to tell me that I had to pay for the type of food that I wanted and I explained that I was willing to pay it wasn’t about paying or not paying. It was about the fact that I did not want meat on the sandwich and I needed the sugar and the cream on the side of the coffee. She seemed upset that her staff made an error and in turn didn’t find a solution so after paying for food I can’t actually eat I proceeded to go back in through the drive-through line and order once again food thru the app this time and to my surprise the order again was incorrect so two times I paid for food one through the app and one through the actual in person interaction and both times the order was done incorrect

The service here is poor. It takes so long going through the drive-through. They always get the orders wrong and incorrect. I had to get out of my car, go inside to get the correct order. Poor service!

I’ve been using the app and ordering through the drive-thru, but I’m confused about how I can request a sandwich without meat and still receive one with meat. On one occasion, they just removed the meat but I could still taste the oil.
In the past two months, I’ve had more than four errors at this location, so I’m done with it. I warn others to check their food and drinks carefully. If I pay extra for cold foam, I expect it to be included—please don’t give me a rude look when you forget it.
Since this shop is on my way to work, I’ll avoid it in the future and focus on a diet. Good luck to anyone who visits; you’re likely to encounter mistakes. I hope management improves training for the team.

I visited on a Monday morning on the way to work and picked up a coffee and a crosaiant, egg, and steak sandwich.
What makes this location stand out is its quality, cordial, despite being young staff. You might expect for the young teens to provide customer service that’s typical of non Chicl Fil A but this morning team has been trained well to serve the hungriest of the morning grunts.
Whether it be morning military, construction workers, teens on the way to summer school, or random Joe’s, the team of three got the order taken and dispatched quickly and without issues.
The entrance on Telegraph can be a bit challenging due to traffic if you are aiming for a left turn; but, a merge lane and relatively accommodating passers-by did not make exiting the venue a challenge.
