I took my order to go. Since I live 6 minutes away. When I got home my ice cream was all melted. Both of them. Ice cream shouldn’t melt that fast. My biggest disappointment was that a blizzard you’re supposed to be able to turn it upside down without the ice cream falling out. That was the main reason I went to dairy queen. I did not got back since it was a hassle. Rating 2 stars because I love butterfinger blizzards

Michelle and team are wonderful! Came in pretty short notice (1-2 days) with a request for 100 blizzards for a celebration of life. They actually delivered a freezer and the blizzards to the party the day of and picked it up after. They made things so smooth and simple!

Absolutely love this Dairy Queen. So much better than the Lino Lakes one. They always get your order right and your blizzards are always mixed to the bottom, not just half way. The service is great. People are kind and helpful. I’ve never encountered a grumpy or rude employee in the 5 yrs we have visited. They deserve a reward.

The last couple of months we had ordered 2 ice cream cakes and they did it last min for us, usually you have to give them a couple days in advance but they seem to never turn us down, the first time we went we were told nobody knew had to print the image and put it on the cake the only person that knew how to do it was the owner, but the lady said she would call the owner to see if she could come in on her day off to do it, and we went back the next day to pick up the cake and the image was on there!. We just want to say how much we really appreciate your guys service, you guys are absolutely amazing!.

Pull up to the drive-thru, I asked what the specials are the employee tells me peanut buster parfait so I tell them I’ll take one of those they gave me my price of $4.39. Well there were cars in front of me so I couldn’t move away from the speaker and I hear that person tell someone else take this job from me because I hate doing this basically sitting there talking smack about what they hate about their job and I said oh just so you know your microphone is on they immediately shut it off very unprofessional. I get up to the window and they tell me it’ll be $6.36 I said excuse me he told me it would be $4.39 I said excuse me they said he looked at the wrong game and he gave you the wrong special, well I wanted to order what was on special because I was trying to save money but at this point they’ve already got it made and I’m going to be paying the $6.36 even though I would have ordered what was on special to get the cheaper price and they laughed and thought it was funny. No I’m not just writing a review because I had a bad experience this time the last time I was there the mark that I ordered which was a hot fudge mouth they didn’t even mix the hot fudge all the way through so the month was horrible and they were really rude at the window so I didn’t even bother getting it fixed I figured I’d give him another chance. Well today was that chance and I guess they threw that away they think it’s funny when they make errors and are rude to customers. Totally unacceptable will not be back to this location

Normally this DQ is really great but I went here tonight and watched this little short haired girl walk around coughing through your store in the back where the food is without covering anything and she was the one to make my blizzard. I can’t even eat it. It is gross what she was doing was gross. walking right by the window coughing with out covering. zero attempt to cover. will not be back while she is working there. Thanks for wasting my money! GROSS!
