This team is pure garbage at customer service, and a very shady store with bad management. Low cunning in lieu of good faith bargaining, and an insult to the good reputation of chicken wings. I ordered a Hut box as Parmesan Garlic wings +$4.00, ordered a side of Parmesan Garlic Wings +$4.00, and paid $16.34 total. I was presented with 6 wings instead of 10, and the staff were prepared to argue to the ends of the Earth over a refund vs. getting the extra wings I paid for. I had my phone out. I had the app open. I had a digital receipt of my order. The attendant was indignant and argumentative to a fault. Have your receipts and be prepared to take this Pizza Hut to small claims over their ignorance if placing a large order. Please see below to see the facts of my case:

I placed a delivery order and it got picked up by Uber eats. The driver did not call and left it in the steps. I live in a rough neighborhood and always ask for a call or text so i can come grab it. I came out to get my food and it was frozen cold. I called the manager Javier and he remade it and sent it back to us. It got delivered correctly by Door dash. Thank you Javier. Great customer service even though this was not on him out his business. He made it right no questions asked.

My dad ordered from this store 3 times in the last month and every single time they delivered the wrong item. Missing fries, breadsticks and sauces. Either the staff are grossly incompetent or they are deliberately getting our order wrong. Avoid this store if you want to get what you pay for.

I would love to give this place 5 stars, their customer service is great and their quality is among some of the best for a Pizza Hut location, however once they switched to DoorDash for delivery, their delivery is absolutely terrible. Messing with the orders, lying to me saying it was a cash payment and requiring a pay or he refused to hand me my pizza, when I did in fact pay with card (customer service thankfully refunded me), and so on. I will probably give this location one more chance on delivery and if it’s more of the same, I’m done ordering from here, until Pizza Hut stops being cheap and pays for their own drivers. I’ve been ordering from this location for the better part of the last decade and their actual Pizza Hut drivers were phenomenal when they had them. Get your drivers back and you’ll likely see a higher than 2.9 overall rating.

The photos speak for themselves. I wasn’t even going to order here again, but June 22 2020 the manager supposedly gave me a$20 credit because they messed up the whole order! I called today (after telling my kids we were ordering pizza) and the credit wasn’t there. Soooo I used my saved hut points for the thumb sized chicken chunks in the pic and spent $36 for the pizza in the pics. REALLY PIZZA HUT?!?! On top of all of that they charge our credit card a second time, $15, that we had to call and have the credit card company remove!
END OF AUGUST UPDATE- The store manager finally called me. She didn’t sound too happy. I told her i’m not interested in letting them make it right anymore and hung up. Good business I tell ya! The review stands with over 20,000 views. All over a $36 order! For those of you going into business, take notes!

They’re downhill. Their box pizza with chicken wings and breadsticks doesn’t look like advertises. Instead of wings it’s actually just breaded horrible nuggets and the pizzas itself is just some pre-packaged bread where they add light sauce and toppings. Doesn’t even look like nor taste like actual real pizza. I got a refund from them. Maybe their pan pizza is worth it

Ordered takeout and have no complaints, order was correct and was ready in a timely manner. Cinnabon rolls were amazing. Food tasted good even as leftovers.
