Went to try Lewis Prime Grill in Loxahatchee, FL and unfortunately left disappointed. Service was below average; our waiter was young and not very attentive. Overall, the experience felt more like an Applebee’s, Outback, or LongHorn—and honestly, I’ve received better service at those places.
The biggest letdown was the food. If I’m paying $50+ for a steak, I expect it to be excellent. The ribeye was less than average, and I’ve had better steaks at LongHorn and Outback. I even compared it to steaks I made years ago when I worked at Rustlers Steakhouse—not a compliment. My wife also wasn’t impressed with her steak tips from the specials, saying they had a rubbery texture.
As for appetizers, the three-dip sampler (guacamole, spinach dip, and brisket cheese dip with nachos) was decent. The cheese bread was just okay. The restaurant itself was freezing cold—they definitely need to turn the thermostat down.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend ordering the overpriced steaks here. You can get a much better steak elsewhere. I was really hoping this place would be a hit, but it missed the mark.

Lewis Prime is absolutely our go to spot in Loxahatchee. We dine here weekly, and it never misses. Layden and Maggie are our favorites they know our names, remember exactly how we like our steaks cooked, and make every visit feel effortless and personal. That kind of service is everything.
The food is consistently fantastic, the vibe is polished without being stuffy, and it’s the kind of place where you walk in and feel taken care of from start to finish. We always leave happy and already talking about when we’re coming back.
So lucky to have a steakhouse like this right in our backyard. Highly recommend.

Food is excellent. We’ve been twice and service has been very good both times. Wait staff is helpful when asked for recommendations. We’ve had the strip steak, short rib and pork chop and all have been excellent. Looking forward to going back to try more of the menu.

The food was Devine! Everything came quickly correctly perfectly cooked and the presentation was excellent. Everyone seemed to work well together as a team and more than accommodating. Excellent customer service! The bartenders are professional and real mixologists. I had an expression martini that looked beautiful and was delicious. Atmosphere had great aviance. Filet Mignon was amazing as well as the Bernie sauce. Highly recommended

Went to Lewis Prime to celebrate an anniversary. The hostess was friendly and welcoming, the ambiance is outstanding and the bar and seating are spacious and comfortable. Our server Ashley (Ash) was outstanding. Pleasant and fun personality with a thorough knowledge of the menu. She answered the questions I had and made some excellent recommendations. The food was excellent and the portions were plenty. Highly recommend – thanks to all.

We went to dinner about 7:30 PM. We were seated immediately. The bar was a little busy and there were probably four tables in use in the main restaurant. The lighting was a little bright for dinner that time of day. Our server was great. We ordered the fried lobster appetizer. It was OK. The batter was like a tempura batter which we did not care for. It was kind of thick. We ordered a wedge salad and a Caesar salad. Those never arrived. The only hitch server had was forgot our salad. We will try next time My husband got boneless ribeye medium rare plus which came out cooked perfectly with that he ordered fries and the spinach Victoria, we did not care for the spinach Victoria it tasted more like a spinach dip. However some people may like it. I ordered the creamy blackened shrimp pasta which the shrimp were cooked perfect and the taste was very good. The presentation was lovely. To make up for the missed salads they did offer us a dessert. We got a peanut butter dessert. We took home with us. The manager did come over and speak with us. She was very nice and gracious the server still even with this salad hitch was amazing, we will definitely try this again. Next time we go with our friends.
