The location off of 45th is the worst because of one employee. Unfortunately I do not have her name because this was the 2nd time I’ve encountered her horrible attitude and finally just walked out.
I’ve been here multiple times and the last 2 were awful. The one gal looks miserable. No conversation, no hello, nothing but resting face, annoyed of your presence. And the first words of of her mouth with full blown annoyance, “What can I get you?” So great question, however, the absolute worst approach to customer service.
The first time I encountered her, her coworker was full of energy, singing, and was wonderful and I thanked her for being cheerful and made a comment about the one gal bring grumpy. The 2nd time, today, I just walked out. The other guy looked pretty miserable too but at least he said hello.
She’s bringing that location down. Dark hair is all I got, she needs to drink those smoothies to get some pep, or just something!

Edit: PICTURES ADDED. THE FOOD WAS TRASH. NOT A LICK OF CHEESE ON MY QUESADILLA. SMOOTHIE WAS GRITTY. SO NOW IM EVEN MORE UPSET. So, it is an ongoing issue that the staff is choosing not to bring out curbside based on these reviews. I purchased two days in a row, requesting curbside. First day (just as other reviews say) I ended up coming inside and my drink was just sitting there. The second day I walked in just to see if there was an attempt, or if it was a fluke, and she identified my car and still set it to the side. Didn’t ask me if I wanted to order or verify if I was waiting for anything. A coworker asked about my car to her and she said “I think it’s there” and yet no one came out. Eventually I came up and said this is mine and it was expected to be curbside. It was listed on their screen as curbside, and on the label of each food item as curbside. Plus the label was put on the top over the straw hole instead of the side like usual. Just making things uncomfortable. If the service is not offered, this should be removed or retrain the staff and have them take the 10 steps to bring the food to the car the right way.

Don’t order food here. I ordered smoothies, a quesadilla, and a chicken salad here. The smoothies saved this review from being a 1-star. The quesadilla didn’t have enough cheese on it and I believe the chicken on the salad made me sick (food poisoning?) for a couple days. Maybe I’ll come back for a smoothie, but that’s it.

Smoothies are usually good but they got to figure out their food and customer service. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch flatbread with no modifications and I got a flatbread with just dry chicken and cheese on it. I reached out to customer service about this experience with the same pictures and didn’t receive any response. Just get smoothies here, dont waste your money on food. Spent over 15$ on a smoothie, small bag of chips and this flatbread i took one bite of and had to throw away.

Every year I look forward to coming here for the free smoothie on my birthday. This year I came up to the register, showed them my ID to prove it’s my birthday, and was told I need to have their app for the free smoothie – no problem, stepped out of line and went to download the app. Got it all set up, enabled notifications, put in my birthday, etc. Then went to checkout to scan the code and was told I need to have the app for “longer time” ok then why did I just step out of line and do all this? I asked if there was anything that I could do and they said just pay full price for my smoothie. I left with no smoothie and it put a real damper on my birthday and hurt my feelings. I would personally never treat a customer that way. I have been going here for 10+ years and will never return over 1 birthday smoothie.

I put in a curbside order at this location as there is no drive thru and I have a back injury that makes it difficult to walk at this time. I called when I arrived and asked about their curbside area as it is not clearly marked, and they told me where to park. Nobody brought my food out within ten minutes of being there so I had to walk in to the store (painfully) and both associates were chatting and not doing anything. Very disappointed in the service as I had called when I arrived and they did not help me.

Our food was sloppy, there was sauce all over the wrap upon opening which made it hard to eat. There was hardly any chicken. I basically paid for a tortilla filled with buffalo sauce and lettuce.

I ordered the all American breakfast wrap,
chicken bacon ranch flatbread, and bahama mama smoothie. The flatbread and smoothie were okay, the smoothie was a bit too sweet. The breakfast wrap was supposed to have sausage, egg & cheese. I took a bite and the only thing inside the wrap was bacon and sausage. No egg or cheese? I was hoping if I took another bite I’d get to the egg and cheese but it was not there. Very disappointed!
