I am new to Casper and ABSOLUTELY loved this place! The service is great and the food is even better The atmosphere is absolutely gorgeous too! Prices are also great for what you get. My only complaint would be that the tapioca in the boba tea tasted like some was new but mixed in with older ones that had been sitting for a while.

We love this place and were surprised to find such a great quality ramen on our travels to Casper twice per year. The food quality is excellent and the establishment is very clean and modern. The wait staff are friendly and attentive. We have been back about 5 times now and we I’ll continue to visit!

Hokkaido Ramen in Casper, WY! Believe it. The service was excellent as was the food. We shared a Tokyo roll and enjoyed soft shell crab buns as well as beef ramen. The portions were fair sized and delicious. It was very good value too.

I was excited my son chose this place. But it was underwhelming to say the least. Our server didn’t greet us, then finally showed up to take our order…not even asking us about drinks. We chose to order drinks first, which annoyed her. She finally brought drinks. Took awhile to come back for our order. When she did, she came off as very rude and bored. My parents wanted fried rice as they weren’t sure about the other food options. Server took order then quickly moved on to my daughter in law, staring at her intently. My mom asked about how large the fried rice was, only to be ignored. My dad then asked, also to be ignored. This aggravated me a lot. I finally asked the server…who was still staring intently at my daughter in law…and when the server finally acknowledged the question, she was extremely rude…saying ‘How big is WHAT?’ I explained we needed to know the portion size so my parents could share…which she very rudely answered ‘big. It’s big.’. As if that wasn’t enough, she brought my grandson a bowl of candy…not even asking if it was ok. Then when the food finally came, the soup was Luke warm and the eggs in the soup were cold. My daughter in law enjoyed her bowl of Ramen. I will not lie…my bowl of Ramen was mediocre at best, and with cold eggs and lukewarm temp overall? Just gross. This place is not good. The food sucks for the price and the service for us was BAD. I will not recommend this place and absolutely WILL NOT be back.

We stopped in for dinner on a road trip and was pleasantly surprised by the quality! We had the Tonkotsu, Beef Yaki Udon, Takoyaki, and pork bun, all of which were great. In particular, the Beef Udon tasted like a dish straight out of a grandma’s kitchen; made with love. It gives me a feeling of nostalgia for an experience I have never had. 10/10 would recommend! We will be back!!!

When I go here I always get the Tonkotsu Ramen (most of the time mild but every once in a while I do get the real spicy one), that is my absolute favorite. The staff has always been friendly, and the service very good. I also like how you get to choose whether or not to use chopsticks which I always choose to use. I find that taking my time eating this way makes it so much more enjoyable.
