In 2001, Don Fausto opened the doors of his very own restaurant “Fausto’s Mexican-Grill” on the corner of Horizon Ridge and Eastern Ave in Henderson, NV. Today, Don Fausto has 5 different locations to better serve the community. Three in Faustos Henderson, NV and one in South West Las Vegas NV where our primary goal is to serve our customers true Mexican Food nice and hot right out of the grill. I ordered through Doordash, it took a long time and my first dasher ordered, I called the restaurant and they informed me my order was ready, the employee I spoke to was cordial. My 3 Beef Rolled Tacos arrived along with the Nevada Burrito, it tasted bland and oily. The tacos were worse, I nearly threw it up and it was cold. No flavor and tasted like slop.

Absolutely my FAVORITE Mexican food/taco shop in town! 1000x better than Roberto’s. The food is so fresh and the service is always so kind. I eat here 2-3 times a week and it’s consistently delicious. They have daily specials that are so good and you can’t be the price. I recommend this location of Fausto’s all the time. Even when I used to live across town, I would still drive over to this location at least 1-2 a week. 10/10.

Coming from the Bay Area I had a hard time finding good Mexican food until I found Fausto’s. They consistently give generous portions at an affordable price and they make some of the best carne asada I ever had. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Fausto’s….. You guys kill it every time and I always enjoy your burritos. Your Carne Asada and Nevada burrito are THE BEST I’ve had out here. I deleted my old review and wrote a new one because I love coming back here to eat. Your employees are all so kind and give me a sense that they WANT to be there and it’s very admirable. It’s always service with a smile. The salsa? Both of the salsas are amazing. I love Fausto’s and can’t wait to come back.
