Be careful when entering from Maple Ave through the tiny alley way because there was a pothole. Besides that, the customer service was quick and amazing. The person who helped me did not charge for the sauce like other places do. I love that they still make their sauce from scratch compared to others Aresenios. The cashier was very sweet and welcoming as well.

I called to place an order for small catering for 10 people and see what I needed to do. I came in the next day to place the order and pay for it. We went over the order in detail. The next day I came in to pick it up. I was told I had the whole order. I got to my office and I opened up all of my bags and the one foil pan. They completely left off the other half of my order. I placed a call to Arsenios, and as soon as I started talking and told them who I was the girl hang up on me. I called back and nobody answered. I called back again and I explained, she (Isabela) said, oh no I gave you all your order. I said no I ordered two items you have the order. I said there is no way I paid $146 for what you gave me. I went over this with everybody the day before. She then tried to pass off on me that she didn’t speak much English and couldn’t help me and hung up on me again. I called again on my way over there and repeated myself about the order so then she finally went back and checked and the Cook said that he didn’t notice the other part of my order. When I got there, I waited another 10 minutes before my food is ready. While I’m waiting there, another customer had a complaint about a charge on his credit card transaction. When she went over it with them, she was basically brushing him off with it is what It is. Then she tried to play. I don’t speak English card again. But as we’re waiting, she’s taking orders from the drive-through and speaking English very well, and mostly with little accent. When she got back to me, I told her look I can understand for missing part of the order, my problem is with you hanging up on me three times when I’m trying to explain about my order. Ok, I’m sorry I don’t speak much English, was her comment again. The food finally arrived and it was in a completely different type of container than the other food I said, how can you tell me that I would’ve not been able to tell that I forgot to get other half of my order when this is a deli tray and the other part is in an aluminum tray. I was very, very frustrated before I left as was the other customer and then she tried to get another customer involved with the other customers issue when he’s on the phone with the bank and having her to translate. Then before I left, I said, I am less upset about the food, please just don’t hang up on the customers if they have a problem or you just don’t want to deal with it. Then she begins to explain my situation with the other customer. I stopped her, and I said please this is none of her business. This transaction is between you and me and the restaurant you don’t have to get other customers involved.

Food as trash as you can get, granted I did go at night so only if your going at night
$57 for a adobada plate and carne asada fries and 3 tacos, lengua was regrilled not boiled, adobada had a fish taste to it beans had a sugar taste to it, carne asada was recooked has that disgusting smell and taste over all trash and that’s where it ended up in after a couple bites horchata tasted super grainy and bland, idk if that is a legit horchata, but I am use to that ampm horchata lol

I love Arsenio’s bean and cheese burritos! This one tastes really good but the beans are suuuuuper liquidy, so you might need a plate/bowl. The breakfast burrito and California are also great.

Surprisingly good well portioned fresh quality food .
I got the breakfast burrito on my second visit . Super filling only ate half!
Service was good atmosphere ok.
It was a bit warm inside but not too bad !

We wanted to try a new place, I am glad we door dashed Arsenios. Was hesitant with some of the reviews. But the 1 star reviews are not correct when it comes to the food.
Food was perfect. Everything tasted good and cooked perfectly.
My husband had the Super Nachos. I had the carne asada burrito. The only mistake was they sent a carne Asada quesadilla instead, but I’m not complaining. Was delicious!
I also had the large pineapple fresca which was not too sweet just right.
I even called ahead and asked if they can include some sauces since the door dash app did not have the option.
They sent a great amount! Thank you very much for taking care of our request.
We will be door dashing this place again.
