Came in to eat during the Las Vegas Rough Rider Motorcycle Rally..It was a great decision.
wasn’t sure what to expect when I walked in. Ordered the barbecue beef brisket with sweet tea and fries. It was delicious.
The staff was friendly and they had a live band. The atmosphere was completely fun..
The next time I come to Las Vegas,, I will definitely stop here to eat.

I stopped at this restaurant while staying the night in Las Vegas, NM. The service was Great. The atmosphere was very good. I ordered the brisket, beans and potato salad. It was so-so. Definitely not what I’m used to in a BBQ style restaurant. However when I’m driving through again I will definitely give them another try. They have an extensive menu. And while I was waiting for my order I saw a few other dished that I would like to try. So the verdict is still out on this restaurant.

As others noted food is not top notch but acceptable. Meat was favorable but a bit dry. Had ribs and pulled pork. Both dry but not fatty which is a plus. Beans garlic and onion ok. Drinks good. Outstanding beer draft options even has a Scottish wee heavy. Service friendly and fast. Atmosphere was great. Large open active fun space with family friendly vibe. Guy walking around playing a classical guitar
Safe location along main street. Best of all it is a historic place from before statehood. A worthy stop all and all as the good time out weighs average BBQ

The building itself is a beautifully restored historic space, once a tire shop and bowling alley, now transformed into a vibrant BBQ joint and event hall. The fries were crispy, the onion rings golden, and the brisket sandwich my friend has was massive and delicious. What really stood out was the atmosphere: TV’s for watching the game, pool tables, Cornhole, and even a stage for live music. It’s the kind of place where you can grab a drink, enjoy a hearty meal, and maybe even catch a country two-step on the dance floor. The staff were friendly and quick, and even though the music inside was loud, the patio seating offered a quieter, relaxed vibe. It’s also dog- friendly, which is a huge plus if you’re traveling with a furry companion. Whether you’re passing through town or looking for fun night out, Buffalo Hall and Cowboy Café BBQ is a must-visit.

What a beautiful place. They do not serve you at the table. You go next door to the Cowboy Cafe and order. You tip at the time of order, which I would not have tipped 20% if I knew about the service at the table prior to. My side (squash) was great. My steak was bloody ( ordered medium well) sent it back and the guy told me the cook said it was cooked correctly-uhm moooo..so I do not recommend ordering steak there. The atmosphere was phenomenal. I enjoyed watching a couple of billiards games and listening to some great tunes and enjoying some drinks. I would absolutely dine here again, enjoying a side as good as mine was, I know other items have to be phenomenal, sadly all at my table ordered the steak, it just had to be a bad night for steak.

Oh my, like many reviewers I have just recently stumbled upon this amazing restaurant and venue even though I’ve been driving through Las Vegas for years. We ate lunch and talked with Dub, the man in charge of the massive smoker and the brisket that seems to be the number one item on their menu.

I can only imagine having a wedding party, reunion, or dance here with the super-size hall, dance floor, and bar. This would definitely be the place of dreams come true.

Loved the atmosphere but the food was so-so. The pulled pork was very tasty, but I would NOT recommend the pork belly burnt ends. About half of the portion could not be eaten because they were so hard. The slaw didn’t seem fresh either. With the atmosphere and the great smell of the barbecue coming out of the kitchen, I would give this restaurant another try and try the brisket next time.
