This is fraudulent advertising when advertised products continue to be offered while not available. misreading when the order was accepted as available with the intention of not fulfilling the order , and loss of subway long time customer immediately . Corporate will be contacted! Franchise owners will be contacted. Take my money and play with it thinking I’m your sucker while visiting LA. No!
Subway just made the nasty food list for Christmas and earned social media attention. All Subway locations will receive the same treatment and attention from LA to NY as the standard has been re established.
If you buy from any Subway inspection is necessary to ensure you are not cheated, scammed, and be sure to watch your food isn’t tampered with. Low quality service equals high likelihood for bs.

Customer Service was great, I was greeted when I enter the doors. The cashier was nice and honest. I wished I knew her name. But the old cheese, frost on the the pickles, the old looking cucumber on one side and even less desirable tomatoes is sad. It’s only Noon. I will update if I decided to revisit. (not likely)

Placed order online was due at 605 came at 610 and order was still not ready senty son 2 times and both times he was told order wasn’t received 3rd time I came in asked they had the order they hadn’t made it yet this store is always something going on maybe lack of employees lack of customer service or service been here several times n this will b my last, the time B4 employee talking about customers after they left even thought I was standing there.

The worker would not honor my order. I did an online pickup order.
I said the name of the order, I showed the worker my phone with the order on the screen… and she would still not give me my sandwich. I could see my sandwich sitting on the counter, and she would not give it to me.
She called the “manager” and ended up giving me my sandwich after ending the call as she tossed it on the counter without a smile or anything that would make me want to ever go to this location again.
Also my sandwich was not toasted as I requested. Avoid this subway.

I loved my sandwich, the staff was friendly and suggested new things on the menu. The cookies are always fresh and delicious. I love that I can mix my fountain drink any way I like. I love the new menu items, the upgrade was extremely needed

Came to get a sandwich.Her at Subway girls were very rude and hateful.It seems like they don’t have enough help here.So they’re taking it out rudely on the customers ask you the restroom.She didn’t even say give me a Mana.I need to open it for you.She just didn’t say nothing.And then she went with the key open it said here..
