One of the lady staff has been nothing but hostile to us. We waited two hours to just get our sushi. We watched other tables getting their food and finishing their meals when they arrived much later than we did. The service was hostile and had to beg for refills on my tea. Staff not friendly, maybe because we are deaf but who knows. Food… Could be better. I’ve been to other smaller joints and got much better food. Do not come here at all. This is not the place to be unless you want to be ignored and yelled at repeatedly then this is the place for you

Went here on a whim randomly for a dinner with the wife and pops. Absolutely amazing experience, fantastic food, and excellent service. We were very well taken care of. Might honestly be the best Hibachi we have had in the Western Burbs.

Absolutely delicious. The waitress was friendly and fast. The hibachi chef was hilarious and talented. He made sure to interact with everyone and really put on a fun show. Highly recommend for a nice, fast lunch date or family dinner. There is a Groupon and Local Flavor for $15 for $30 (dinner only) but you can go during lunch and just order the dinner portion. The atmosphere and decor is a little quirky but overall the restaurant is clean and inviting.

Great place to go with a small group. I have been here a few times with coworkers and love the atmosphere. The hibachi chefs are always fun and nice. The remaining staff is polite, respectful, and efficient at their jobs (not rude, just quiet). I always forget to take pics of the hibachi because it’s so good that it’s gone before I remember. Their sushi is one of the best ones I’ve had in the area. Managed to get a few pictures in today before gobbling it down. Currently everyone on staff is wearing both a mask and face shield. This is definitely one of my favorite hibachi and sushi places in the area.

I have always eaten here. They know me by name and doesn’t matter how long they have not seen me…they always call me by name and are always very friendly and professional. I came today and I loved my food and the service. They never disappoint me.

Always love the beef teriyaki. We don’t get hibachi, just regular table service. The tempura is very good. Don’t eat seafood so don’t know if their sushi is good.

Family and I have been coming to this location for years. It is a very friendly and comforting environment with the quality of food that makes you love coming back. Price is about the same as most hibachis, slightly cheaper.

I wasn’t a big fan. The service was rather poor. Already while ordering I noticed that the server wasn’t listening at all, and of course did bring the wrong stuff. The fried rice was described as vegetable fried rice, but I wasn’t really able to find any veggies, except for some tiny pieces of carrot. The rest of the food was alright.

A fun experience was had by all. I chose this place because the menu was more affordable for a group. I guess you get what you pay for though…The hibachi chef seemed tired as did the server/host. We had to wait awhile for everything since there were only the two employees. The restaurant was very small and dark. It looked old and dated.
The gas smell from the grills was very noticeable to me and the ventilation fans needed cleaning from the grease.. The food was adequate and the portions were decent. They put a chicken head hat on my brother and brought out a sundae with a Roman candle so that was very nice and fun. I was moderately satisfied but would not go there again

Food was okay. But worst service. Server had attitude and seems in a hurry. Asian judgment toward Asian is never ok and really low behavior. I was a server for 8 years I can feel when someone didn’t want to serve you because they think you are the waste of their time. I usually don’t complain and been writing more than hundreds reviews in place. Never going back
