The staff needs some help with it comes to customer service. Walking into this place gives you that 1999 vibe.

I got a very small thin crust pizza with a side salad bar and a medium drink and it was over $21 for one person. The dressing is delicious but the salad looked a little dried out like I had not been refrigerated most of the day. The pizza was very good though.

Salad bar was pretty decent. The wings I ordered were soggy and fatty. That happens when you serve them that big. You just don’t get the same finish results other places get. So it was a disappointment.

Mazzios has been great since we moved to Purcell. I would rate them higher but there have been a couple mishaps, nothing major but; on 10/10/21 we order a couple of pizza, one being a supreme. When we got it it was missing a few veggies and meat categories. A photo is being attached to this post for reference.

I keep giving this restaurant a chance but I’m consistently disappointed by the quality. It’s always soggy and very very greasy… I love Mazzio’s pizza but this is the worst one of their restaurants. Management if you see this please talk to your crew about putting a little more care in the pizza they make. Sheesh!

I have always had good experiences at this location, except for today… it took over an hour to be delivered, two liter was put on top of our order and it was smashed. The 2 liter was warm and the food was cold. Also wasn’t even given the correct address from the store to the delivery driver!!! I will not be using this location ever again.
