For a food cart, PhoLicious delivers surprisingly flavorful pho. The broth had a nice depth and leaned slightly on the sweeter side, which I actually enjoyed. The beef was tender and fresh, and the overall flavor was solid. The noodles were a bit overcooked and soggy, and I wish the portion size was just a little bigger. Still, it was a satisfying bowl and I’d definitely come back for more.

I ordered online for delivery, # 2 Beef Pho, $17.60. What arrived is smaller than a small pho. I’ve never received such a small bowl of Pho. It only filled the small bowl a smidgen over half-way. Hopefully they can take this in consideration and offer what was paid for. Honestly, never seen such a small portion.
Flavor was good but gone in 60 seconds.
Also, I requested Nuoc Mum sauce for my salad rolls, they missed this.

I ate most of it before I remembered to take a picture. The broth is very good on its own. Aromatic, complex, and hearty without being greasy. I appreciated that they gave us little things of sweet and hot sauces to make the broth exactly what we wanted. And their basil and cilantro was so fresh!

I ordered online for pick up, so I’m not sure about the atmosphere inside. However….. my order wasn’t that good. I ordered from here before and wasn’t impressed, but I thought i would give it another try since I like that it’s so close to my residence. I was again disappointed. I ordered a regular and a small pho (just brisket) the sizes I recieved were the same but the price was different – i paid more for the regular size and the small size – I feel like I was ripped off paying more to get more but instead I recieved 2 very small portions – the broth does have a good flavor not too pleased with everything else though – kinda wish there was just an option for broth only

Looking for something new to eat and came across this place close to our stay. This place is located in the Rockwood market hall. There are other food stalls around a covered seating area. Lots of tables and areas to sit. Just outside is a kids play area and water fountain. On a Sunday afternoon some of the businesses in the area were closed but most of the food stalls are open. Food came out quickly and was delicious. If you need to use the restroom grab the code and head outside. Just around the corner from the side exit.

Every time I come here I’m greeted with excellent service and incredible food! I’ve tried many menu items and I’ve liked every single one, but my all time favorite has to be the beef pho! The broth is so full of flavor, I crave it anytime I’m sick or wanting a comfort food! Best pho I’ve ever had by far!!

I like that it’s close to home. The broth (which is my favorite part) is savory and delicious. Only things I didn’t like is that the cilantro isn’t cut up its still on the stem. And that I ordered a small size ($12) and a regular size ($15) and both came the same (small) size- don’t waste spending the extra $3 on the “regular” size since it will come “small” anyways
