This place is incredible, the food is delicious and very healthy, and Alex is super friendly and helpful. I made a mistake and called the wrong location and they were very understanding and got me another meal made quickly and even gave me a free item for my trouble (even though it was my mistake)! Incredible business that I am happy to support, I am a repeat customer for a reason, this place rocks.

My vision nutrition prepares meals that you can pick up or have delivered. My husband and I have been eating their meals four nights a week for about a month now. The meals are always tasty and filling. They are a little on the bland side sometimes, but better that than too spicy. Also I would prefer more fish and less beef. But this is a great meal option if you want to avoid all the waste that comes with delivery.

The food is great! The customer service? Needs improvement. Passive aggressive tone when simple questions are asked (specifically by the female workers at BOTH locations). No hello, welcome in NOTHING. Zero appreciation for our business. It’s really a hit or miss here unless the male owners are present.

Mediocre and overpriced food. I ordered a Poke bowl for lunch and it was primarily rice with a scoop of salmon (6-7 tiny pieces), 5 cucumber slices and scoop of edamame. The bowl with a tip came down to $17 and left me hungry. I won’t be back.

I had a smoothie and veggie patties and they were **amazing.** I heated the patties up at home and it was enough for two meals! I wasn’t expecting that since it was priced for one meal. Also, everything is portioned to give you the right amount of “macronutrients.” I’m not nearly as knowledgeable or disciplined as the owners so make sure you have them explain this. If you think eating healthy means tasting cardboard, this place will prove you so wrong!

Beware of the “Chicken Couscous”
this week! Really unfortunate to leave this review! I have been here 3x and had great experiences until this last one. I ordered 4 prepped meals through “Too Good to Go.” 3 of the meals were totally fine. The 4th one made me violently ill with the worst bout of food poisoning I’ve ever had. I was vomiting through the night and morning non-stop with coinciding diarrhea for more than 12 hours. I may have to seek medical attention because I still cannot keep anything down. Sadly, I will never eat here again. The staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. Still, the intensity of my food poisoning inclines me to believe my food was mishandled in preparation. I think others should be aware of the possibility.

The meals are amazing. I had a sandwich and wow, it’s really filling and it tastes really good. It satisfied my craving for something yummy like a hamburger but I was still staying fit. Everyone is super knowledgeable and helpful. I totally recommend My Vision Nutrition if you want tasty meals while staying healthy.

Highly recommend My Vision Nutrition as your prepared meal solution. I’ve been coming here for a few months now to stock up on meals for lunch and dinner. They always have a great selection of meals including chicken, steak, ground beef, fish, shrimp, and even some vegetarian options. They also have breakfast options too! The meals are a great deal and give a lot of value for what you pay. The macros are always well balanced in the meals and they are full of protein. Definitely check this out if you are looking for a pre-prepared meal option, as these are ready to go after a quick microwave. Much better and much healthier than any delivery options, and you support a great small business.
