I live in Northridge, and honestly, I was a little skeptical about coming to this area because I wasn’t sure what to expect — I even joked that I might get mugged or shot. But I was completely wrong. The experience here at this Yoshinoya in San Fernando was the total opposite of what I imagined.
Jennifer at the front counter was amazing. As a first-time customer, I didn’t know how the Yoshinoya app or rewards worked, and she went above and beyond to help me. She patiently walked me through downloading the app, showed me how to earn points, and even helped me redeem a free meal. She was friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating.
Jennifer made my first visit smooth and comfortable, and because of her excellent service, I’ll definitely be coming back.
Thank you, Jennifer, for changing my whole impression of this location!

Ordered from here online asking for 2 teriyaki chicken plates and a 10 piece gyoza. I received 2 beef plates that I couldn’t eat since I dont eat beef, and 4 spring rolls. Didn’t even get my gyoza which is what I really wanted. Guess that’s the kind of service you get when you order online.

When I got my order they didn’t even fill my matcha boba tea all the way up it was mid full, the atmosphere was dirty a bit and the tables needed to be wiped and the floor too, also swept. They didn’t give a lot of chicken and beef in my order either in the combo.
I also forgot the drink didn’t even taste like matcha tea it tasted like something else but also like water with a creamy texture fix your flavors

This location gives very small portions. There were maybe less than a palm full of noodles for the bowls. Chopspoon for less gives more food. Not sure how fast food can be expensive and not quality.

I come here all the time the staff are really nice and friendly. Jose usually takes my order he has very nice and has good customer service. All the cashiers here are really good at making you feel welcomed so I like coming back. Roberto is fast at getting out the orders I have no complaints. If you want your food fast and are around Sylmar stop by!
