The food is decent, and the restaurant was clean. The pasta dishes are really high in calories so you may want to split them with someone. I liked their mini meatball bake.

Whoever answered the phone needs better customer service skills. She asked the same questions 3 times and when I said “I just told you!” SHE HUNG UP ON ME! Like it was MY fault! THEN….. She would not answer the phone again! I tried calling back numerous times! Sooooo, that’s my only complaint! Food is usually GREAT!

We stopped at Mazzios on our roadtrip. The food was fine, the place was absolutely deserted. The prices were ok. Definitely not a place I’d make a special trip to but they accommodated my rowdy kids & fed our stomachs.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. I was traveling through. I decided I wanted a salad bar. It was an hour before close and everybody was very accommodating. However, I have been eating Mazzio’s for a long time and I feel like the pizza has changed.

Well first of all we had a large order placed for a soccer party for Saturday at 11:30 over the weekend, and we showed up nothing was written down or maybe. The manager was on vacation and we were told. It was pretty embarrassing to walk with the whole soccer team and all the parents to wait when we nearly dropped over $130 in food! Between the 3 people on shift they had everything out so fast!! I was so happy! Hillary is the one who corrected all this and took care of our situation on Saturday. She was so deeply embarrassed and disappointed that her boss didn’t leave her with any information. As there were about 20 people to serve between parents and children.

The website says the store is open until 10pm. I pulled in the parking lot at 9:25pm. I was planning on making an order to go. All the doors were locked. If the store will not be open for orders up till 10pm, please change your closing time. Thank you.
