Came here to grab a quick lunch. Food was fresh and tasted delicious. Service was as fast as they could be on a busy Thursday afternoon. The Staff was friendly. Prices are fair. I enjoyed a mini Italian grinder. Just the perfect size ! Resturant was clean.

I’ve always been a fan of Jersey mikes but THIS PARTICULAR ONE has raised the bar for me.. in service, and in FOOD! It’s soooo good . I come as a customer and feel seen and remembered and idk what they do with these subs, it’s just so good y’all. This review comment section isn’t doing any justice because I have so much to say. Definitely a CT Jersey mikes attraction. TANAI IS KILLING IT MAKING THE SUBS IT!!! only thing I can show y’all is a finished sub. It’s so good!

First time at this location today. It was one of the best experiences in a chain “fast food” restaurant in memory. Staff was welcoming and friendly without coming across as forced or awkward. The sandwich came out quickly even though it was clearly lunch time, and was exactly as I hoped it would be. I could also hear how the staff interacted with others since I ate there. Overall, the staff is clearly well trained and just fantastic examples of what JM’s would want representing their brand. Thank you.

I came to this shop with a coworker – He and I were greeted by a very friendly staff – While completing our order there was a nice gentlemen sweeping the floors and cleaning the tables. He was greeting customers, chatting with staff overall just a great personable member of the staff – We got to chatting and I let him know how rare nowadays it is to see people just doing the work and happy – Chatted some more hes a military vet.. and the GENERAL MANAGER!! His name is Marcos – I can’t sing his praises higher -true leader lead from the front and this is exactly “the guy” you want as a leader!!!

This is my favorite Jersey Mikes to come to an all of CT! Marcos is the most professional, friendly and exceptional employee I’ve ever met. He goes above and beyond every time I come here. His genuine smile and commitment to serving with excellence is out of this world. As a former manager of a chain of fast food restaurants, I can confidently say it is hard to come across people who serve with the skill and excellence that Marcos does. The food is reliable for this size chain. I don’t recommend ordering through Uber or any other food delivery… The wait would immediately kill the overall quality of the item you get. Ask me how I know!

I have been visiting this location for a long time, but recently noticed it is under new management and you can tell. There are many more staff working, the manager also appears to work well with the staff who are all courteous and friendly. This week I did an online order during peak lunch time, and it was ready when I got there. Almost a mixup with giving my bag to someone else, but that’s bc he was picking up for “James” also! The staff could not have been more apologetic, but it was such a simple mix up… not an issue at all! The staff here and food really seem to be much better under new management, and their points program/ double points days really help getting a free sub every once and a while.

The work area where they make sandwiches looked as if something had exploded!! The slicer had dried meat and cheese all over it!!! I had expected a quick wipe down before building my sandwich…… guess I was expecting too much!!
Not sure who runs this store now….but the guy who ran it before was amazing!! Always clean …always efficient!!! Not anymore!! And well Jersey Mike this was strike 3!! In the last 6-10 months your Meriden store has gone down down down!! And I guess it’s back to subway for a decent sandwich

Jersey Mike’s is the new place for Subs. Service was great. Everyone was playing theor roll in getting the orders made correctly and swiftly. They all was so busy they forgot the clean the tables, but other than that great place. Good customer service. Thanks
