Worse experience at a Taco Bell . I was missing food and my food wasnt made correctly. I went back around to see if they could possibly give me my nacho chips and ask why the cheese was runny like soup , also to see if I could get the pico for my power bowl and nacho box. Once getting there I was told that I didnt pay for pico like it didnt come with the items I ordered, After the back and forth about that a heavy set man came over with an attitude asking what was the problem. I told him at this point I want a refund because Im missing my pico and we keep going back and forth about something that suppose to come on the items , the cheese is soupy and I didnt get my chips , plus the Mexican pizza smashed due to packing of the order. He didnt know what to do so someone in the kitchen was shouting theres nothing we can do tell her to request it in the app. When I asked could I have the number for corporate he said they dont have a number. Then I asked who are the owners ( Big A and AJ) , which wasnt help . After asking him again for a refund he told me to have a good night. Once getting home to see what I could savage out of the food , I saw my quesadilla was burn , the nachos had runny cheese liquid all over it and the taco was wet for some reason. The only thing that wasnt wrong was the power bowl but I still didnt get pico . ( the cashier did offer to take the nacho and bowl back into the restaurant to add pico to them , which is so unsanitary)

Never going to this location again. The employees are so rude. I’ve had multiple occurrences where I wanted to come back but the drive is just too far. Whether it’s the watery nacho cheese or them always forgetting items from my order. But tonight my boyfriend and I came to pick up our mobile order, I checked the bag and there was no sauces as usual even though we added them to our online order. We ordered quite a bit of food and when we asked for sauces the employee at the drive thru only gave us about 5 packets.. mind you we ordered food for two people. So we asked for more nicely and then she proceeded to only give my boyfriend only one more packet.. I don’t know if this girl pays for the Taco Bell sauces or what but that was so incredibly rude. My boyfriend is always so kind to food service workers, that was so uncalled for. PLEASE TELL YOUR EMPLOYEES TO DO BETTER AND TO BE NICER TACO BELL..

Constantly screwing up the order no matter if it was in person, in drive through or even delivery. It is appealing that they have had a 100% failure rate over 30 orders. Do not recommend this location they never get any order right we have had to get refunded almost every time we ordered food from this location. Do not go to this location they always leave out entire meals and get orders completely wrong ignoring allgery requests.

Jesus, this is like the 20th order yall had messed up. When we pay $11 for a box I expect it to be correct. Even the flaming hot frito burrito had crunched up dorito loco taco hard shell in it and none of the hot sauce. BUT how do you put 2 chalupas in a meal that was supposed to be 1 chalupa and 1 hard shell supreme that we paid EXTRA for. This is the last time we’ll come to this one. Next time we’re going to the one on enterprise rd.

Always messes up your order. Will not tell you they are out of the sauce you paid extra for and will then lie about being out when its force shipped. (other store ratted them out). I guessing they were hoping I wouldn’t notice.

I was treated horrible at this Taco Bell on 12199 North Carolina Hwy 150 . I didn’t even get to order . The employee was on her phone having a conversation which sounded like it was nothing about work , something about what she wants to do this weekend . I said “excuse me ma’am “ politely to which she said I would have to wait it’s important . There was another employee working drive thru who didn’t bother to try to help me . Finally she got off her phone and she rudely says “what you want” I said it is not polite to talk on your phone at work nor is it professional . She said “you don’t know what I’m talking about , it could be something important or work related “ so I told her it sounds like youre talking about your weekend plans . She was very aggressive saying “so you’re eavesdropping on my call “ and she said I’m clearly not a nice person and she tells me “maybe you should order somewhere else “ At that point , i walked out . I overheard her repeating “get a life “ as I was leaving . I would never step foot back in this particular Taco Bell if my life depended on it

I really want to like this Taco Bell because the food itself is fine when it’s actually all there—but that’s the problem. Almost every time I order, something is missing. It’s frustrating to pay for items I never receive, and it’s not just a one-off mistake, it’s a pattern. Please double-check orders before handing them out. Customers shouldn’t have to play “what did they forget this time?” every visit.

We stop by Tuesday after 6 pm. We had Mexican pizza’s. They were horrible! First we were told to use the kiosk no cashier but a few minutes after some customers walked out because they didn’t want to use it. She came from the back and help one person. Unsure who made these pizza’s but I had to trash mine. I have never experienced this when I stop by during the day. Still don’t know what that dark red thing was in the box.

** Update tried again and failed ‍ . Just can’t seem to get things right.

CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE PULLING OFF!!Starting to lose my trust with this new place. I’ve been several times and the food has been okay. But my last two trips I’ve had to go back because items were missing from my order.
