I really wanted to be impressed with the food, especially for the price and location. Sadly I was disappointed. The sand which was bland and obviously just thrown together on a recently thawed bun. I did enjoy the soup, however I have had plenty of carton big box soups in my life and I was not expecting that in this restaurant. No amount of table seasoning was helping. My friend had the same experience with a differnt soup. Up charged cause I guess they need the money to add a bit of flavor. Regardless, what a huge let down.

This is our go-to for late night pizza whenever we stay at Seneca Allegany. They have a limited menu available for take away so I can only speak to the pizza, which is always delicious and reasonably priced. The most recent pizza we had was AWESOME- and we know pizza! Be patient, only one person was working the last few times we went , but it was well worth the wait! The next morning, we paid way too much for overpriced Starbuck’s coffee at this cafe but that’s Starbucks for you! (Almost $4 US for a tea bag and a takeaway cup of hot water)

I’m going to start off by saying apparently they have employees that never show up and it’s a constant thing. Second the waitress says the kitchen won’t cook food well done. Third I ordered nachos they taste like dog food I ate one chip and sent it back. The salad my husband ordered was cold the meat tasted store bought. The croutons wasn’t croutoning. Then we ordered burgers .The fries that are supposed to be Fresh were stale. And not even hot. The burgers weren’t steamy and they were not seasoned they literally tasted like what came on it. Mushrooms and Swiss. And the bill came out to be $70 the burgers were not worth $20 the salad was not worth $20. I’m so pissed we wasted so much money and weren’t satisfied. I felt sick after. I still left a tip because it’s not the waitress fault the food was gross. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME EATING HERE. Someone is going to get sick eating at this place.

We waiting quite awhile to finally get our food. When my husband went to eat his mashed potatoes he pulled out something the size of a golf ball, it was black and hard. We told the waitress she got the chef and he says “that doesn’t look good”. He ask if we wanted new potatoes. We told him to take the plate back and give a new sandwich with fries. I asked to see the manager and she not sympathetic to what just happened and she says “I didn’t see it so I don’t know but “I found out that it was a rotten potato”. I said does that make it ok because it was a rotten potato. We knew it wasn’t a rotten potato because it was so hard. We had to wait quite awhile for a new plate of food, I was already done eating mine. No offer of any compensation. Terrible experience! Do not eat there

They advertise that they are open late, but good luck getting waited on or even greeted. We arrive at 10:10pm to a less than half full restaurant. We were seated within a couple of minutes by someone we weren’t sure if she spoke or not as she say nothing to us. After sitting at the table for more than 20 minutes and watching multiple tables receive food, bills, drinks etc – we were hopeful someone on the staff would at least say hello – no such luck – so we decided to leave and on the way out the very same woman who sat us, told us to have a good night. We told her we were never even waited on and we were leaving, she said sorry to hear that and walked away.

Food was not to great a lot of it seemed like it was sitting under the lights for awhile and the middle of a lot of it was not hot. For the price of 140 for 4 adults it felt like a rip off

I Recently visted the Starbucks next to the restaurant for the first time and was immediately greeted by 2 girls who work there.I have not been to a Starbucks in a while so I did not know what toorder. The one girl asked me if I needed suggestion and the other girl chimed in as well. They were both very kind and helpful despite how late it was Igot the chocolate frapichino which I loved They did a great job at making this drink. When I left they told me to have a good night and smiled. I will definitely reccomend this Starbucks since it is the only one in town and has very kind staff with yummy drinks!

Was the worst service experience i have ever encountered. After we put our food order in we didn’t see our server for roughly 45 min. Needed a water refill for most of the time there and never ended up getting one. When the food finally came out half of our tables food was missing and the “hot” sandwiches were cold. The server frantically tried to correct everything that was missing. After dropping everything off the server still forgot the coleslaw and told us we could wait or just not get it. When we were finally able to pay she mixed up all of our bills and had us paying under the wrong tabs. Then told us to figure out between us how to fix it. What we thought would be a quick bite then close out the night gambling a little bit turned into a bad experience that took up almost 2 hours of the night. With rude and poor service.

Just went to the cafe express at 4 am to grab a coffee. And i wasn’t greeted. I was stared at my the employee who was sitting at a table with a woman. Watched me look around for an employee. Finally he signed and got up to help me. I was trying to find a drink menu and couldn’t find one. Even expressed out loud that i couldn’t find one. The employee again just stared at me and watched me walk around looking until i found it myself. Then i said “theres no prices on the menu?” Again. No response. At this point i’m fed up. It was clear i was fed up. Told him to forget it and i left. This really affects my opinion on the establishment as a whole. Don’t know if i will be asking for a player card later.

I was told our order would be out in 20 to 25 minutes but we proceeded to wait 45 minutes. Once ordered we came to find that I paid extra for my meal and was skimped on my order. Unless you are getting a drink that takes 30 seconds to prepare I would recommend ordering elsewhere.
