Ordered the pretzel crust and was given regular pizza crust and then the manager tried gaslighting me by saying that it was exactly the same thing, and asking if I wanted it darker… It was yellow.
Lady I don’t have the patience to explain chemistry/baking to you. But let’s try. By your own words it’s “a special mix they put on the outside that makes it darker” yeeeeaaaaahhhh that’s it! That’s the point! So when you don’t do that part of the process you’re not actually making it a pretzel crust, are you? Throwing heavy salt on regular pizza doesn’t make it pretzel. It just makes it too salty.
When you try to make me feel like I don’t deserve what I paid for because you are too inept to follow the training you were given, all I hear is you don’t need my business anymore than you need LC’s instructions.
I’ll just go somewhere else; somewhere that, even if they don’t understand why something matters, they’re gonna do things how they’re supposed to do em.
The cashiers were polite and helpful.

The place is kinda sketchy. some suspicious/weird people roaming the parking lot. probably cause of the liquor store next to it. but the food and service was good.

In the Midwest, Little Caesars is 2 stars but with the ridiculous prices being charged for bread, tomato sauce, and cheese in Ventura county, and relative low quality of pizza in the area, I’m giving them 4 stars. If you’re going to pay $20, for low quality Ventura pizza you might as well just come here and pay $10 for low quality Michigan pizza.

Food is really good and fairly cheap. The staff were attentive, helpful and respectful. The place is small and not a lot of space to wait. They have a lot of homeless people waiting right outside their door. Overall, food is good atmosphere is horrible because of location.

Tried paying with a $50 and found out with attitude that they wonts take large bills. What type of business declines customers its business because they failed to have change ready? I went next door and bought drinks and desert there instead to get change. Came back and still no change for $20. I want to know who owns this because that’s who should care, we all know the employees are probably even stealing from there.

Pizza is horrendous, this is the worse little caesars I have been to. The Pizza is always over cooked, the middle has no cheese or toppings. I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. Will drive further to the one on saviers cuz this place is the worse Pizza I’ve ever gotten
