Subject: Absolutely Disgusted with This Morning’s Dunkin’ Drive-Through Experience – July 2nd at 6:45 AM
This morning was an absolute disaster at this Dunkin’ Donuts location, and it all started with the Puerto Rican woman working the drive-through window around 6:45 AM. I’ve never experienced such an appalling level of disrespect and pure attitude from someone who’s supposed to be providing service.
She acted like a total child over a simple request to split a payment — rolling her eyes, raising her voice, and speaking with a nasty tone like she had no business being there. I wasn’t asking for anything outrageous, just basic courtesy. Instead, she responded like someone who flat-out hates her job and shouldn’t be allowed near customers. And the worst part? She charged my order through the app, took the money, and never even gave me my coffee. That’s not just disrespect — that’s theft.
There was no apology, no explanation, nothing but a nasty attitude and complete disregard for basic decency. It felt like I was being targeted and mistreated for no reason. It’s disgusting that someone like her is allowed to represent a brand that’s supposed to stand for fast, friendly service.
She has absolutely no customer service skills — rude, unapproachable, and totally unprofessional. The vibe she gave off was just straight-up trashy. It’s honestly unbelievable that she’s even employed there. Whoever hired her should seriously reevaluate what kind of people they’re putting behind that window. It’s like Dunkin’ has stopped hiring quality people and just hands a headset to anyone who breathes.
I will never step foot at this location again. Ever. That one employee ruined the entire experience and honestly ruined the start of my day. The way she handled that interaction is exactly how you drive customers away for good.
If anyone at corporate gives a damn about their reputation, that woman needs to be removed from customer-facing positions immediately. She’s a liability to your brand and a complete embarrassment to the company.
