Usually come to 278 because in terms of portions it’s way better here than in Conyers. However, I was very disappointed with the chips I received. The guy who rung me up told me chips are made fresh everyday and obviously I didn’t expect the chips to be top tier but I figured I wouldn’t get burnt chips. I attached the image below. I usually like this restaurant but I was very disappointed with today’s service.

This review is for January 26th around 5pm. Kayla was the attendant at the window. My order was incorrect. She remade it with no issues. She was very courteous and had a smile the whole time. Because this is the 2nd time my order has been wrong in the past couple of months, I intended not to order from this location for awhile. I must say her attitude and customer service alone has made me decide to give it 1 last try. 5 stars for Kayla.

The girl making my food was super rude and literally gave me scraps of vegetables instead of getting a fresh pan. These kids need some serious customer service training. I had to ask for my tortilla 3 times and my chimichurri sauce as well. There was no one behind me when I ordered. I won’t be back!!!

I came here to pick up lunch like I normally do two or three times a week. This time it was around 2pm and there were 4 employees visible in the store. I was the only customer besides a lady who came for an interview. One guy was cutting meat, one lady was wiping tables and the other two ladies were stocking stuff in the drive through. I was standing there for over five minutes without one single employee saying a word. Finally, the lady who was wiping tables said “someone will be with you in a minute”. A few minutes she comes back and says “I guess that someone is me”. Then she is told to go clock out by one of the other ladies who then finally asked what I wanted. This whole process took almost 10 minutes and none of the employees even seemed concerned until more people were in line behind me. At this point one of the ladies is conducting an interview with to lady who came in before me. I imagine she’s a manager and she never even acknowledged that I was there even though she walked by me multiple. I’m the most easy going person you’ll ever meet but, this was some of the most awful “customer service” I’ve ever received so you’re getting this review. I worked in the restaurant business for over a decade and this is unacceptable. It’s bad enough that your portions continue to decrease but, with this awful service I don’t see a valid reason to continue eating here. This store obviously has a leadership problem. FYI I have never once complained about a single thing at this location until today.

I visited this evening around 6:55PM. Very welcoming. I was greeted immediately. 2 young men behind the counter guided my 9rder and explained in detail which items were presented. Everything looked fresh and clean. I order 2 steak tacos and they were amazing. I will definitely return. Customers service was 5 stars. Excellent job.

My grandma’s first time as well. I got the new carne asada burrito. It was meh… Looks absolutely nothing like their adds nor was it cooked properly. The meat was cooked so long it was tough…. Other than that I’m guessing the girl who made it was in training, because it ended up in the shape of a ball rather than that of a burrito. My grandma got the carne asada quesadillas kids meal. She said the same thing I was thinking about the carne asada being overcooked and rough. Overall I would say not the best first impression

I have really learned to enjoy Mexican food as Chipotle is one of my favorite places. The only issue is that the portions have gotten SMALL. My favorite is the bowl. I like the lime rice, chicken, fajita, pico, mild sauce, double corn, guac, and lettuce.

Ordered a vegetarian gluten free bowl. I had to remind the guy making my food to change gloves before making my bowl. Also, they should put more food in my bowl. It seems like if you’re vegetarian, they give you less greens and everything.
