Christin served me on a Friday lunch. From the moment I walked in she greeted me, offered suggestions and even gave me a pickle to sample while she made my sandwich. Christin’s positive attitude was an example of how everyone wants to experience any kind of customer service. Eye contact and smiles from start to finish. She was upbeat, personable and seemed just genuinely happy to be there. Backstreet Boys was playing on the radio which added to the whole vibe. She sung along while making my sandwich which made me want to dance along. To be transparent, my sandwich was fine but I didn’t realize Jersey Mikes lacked more veggie additions (olives, etc). Cheers to Christin. Employees like her should never be undervalued!

Today, we tried the Thanksgiving Turkey Sub.
It has carved slices of tender turkey breast, savory Thanksgiving stuffing, sweet and tart cranberry sauce, and mayo served hot on a toasted sub roll.
Our group has mixed reviews. I really enjoyed it & will go back to get it multiple times before Thanksgiving!! I loved the thinker-carved slices of turkey and cranberry sauce. The stuffing tastes like “Stove Top” stuffing, not homemade dressing, but I’m ok with that. Also, I have to dip everything, so I got extra cranberry sauce.
My friend said she probably wouldn’t order it again but was glad she tried it.

Overall place was clean and staff was polite and friendly walking in. Got the Italian sub and wife got the veggie. She loved hers but they got my order wrong. Asked for no tomato, onion, and mayo. They put one tomato on and put on mayo. I didn’t take it back up to replace not worth throwing out. Restrooms were clean. Not getting the order correct is the reason for 3 star.

I called in a to go order and was told 10 mins and it would be ready. Drive there and pay for my order and fix drinks. Set in store for another 25 mins before I ask where.my food was and they set it behind counter and didn’t tell anyone..in the mean time the kids behind the counter just wanted to play and cut up with each other…fire house do better!!!!

My wife and I stopped for lunch, and she ordered for carry out and we got two subs called Firehouse Hero, and instead of honey ham on it, she asked for Pastrami on both subs. Got it home, and her sub did not have Pastrami on it. It’s called not paying attention to details and not listening to the customer. The subs were Fresh and of very good quality, and customer service was good. But somebody left off the pastrami and it wasn’t a cheap sub. When you get home with your food, it’s a hassle when it’s not right and having to bring it back, so my wife just ate it anyway. I guess we could have gone to Subway where we can see what they are putting on our subs.
