Coffee Cubby is a nice little coffee joint located right outside of the Woonsocket area. Protip: If the parking lot next to it is full, and there are no people seated outside in the patio area, there is a high likelihood that you will not find seating within the cafe. This does not take away from the quality of this joint.
The Coffee Cubby has good coffee. When you order, specify if you’d like a little bit of milk or sweetener or a lot. I asked for a little bit of cream with my coffee and they served it to me in a to-go cup all prepared. They have a variety of baked goods, but a limited selection of gluten-free treats. The server was knowledgeable about what was gluten-free and what was not, but was more confident about what had gluten in it. I felt comfortable trying the protein power balls. They had a sweet and savory flavor, with a chewy texture. I could imagine those being good in a pinch.
The Coffee Cubby is a good place to start a Monday morning with a small meeting or gathering of friends, or on your way to the next adventure. I recommend it for your next trip to the northernmost city in Rhode Island!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this establishment. I loved them before they went viral, but I’m just going to tell you, the peanut butter and fluff latte is my favorite coffee in all of Rhode Island! Oh. And did I mention you can get it in a bucket?

First time there, it was a Saturday morning around 10AM left around 1130. Yes I’ve seen the reviews that the line is long and it’s a wait usually so I expected it but what I didn’t expect was that everyone after me AT LEAST 6 people got their orders before I did and mind you all I ordered was a Nutella latte + fluff added, no food. I waited in line for maybe 20 minutes but it was the wait for the coffee that had me feeling funny. The girls behind me ordered lattes as well, they got theirs, the ones after that lattes and lemonades and food for both got their elaborate orders before mine. I asked twice if I had missed my name and both times they said they did not call my name. I could tell they forgot my one drink order lol I get they’re busy but that shouldn’t leave me with a bad experience while everyone else has a coffee within a reasonable time. On top of it all the coffee was mid which really sucked lol I was hoping it’d be worth it. Don’t recommend really, seems like only the local Manville area people like it because it’s close – that assumption was made because I had conversations with people while I waited. The girl who rung up my order was the best part of it all, she was nice and helpful when I asked about my latte.

First time coming here definitely a good experience food was great coffee was great as well I had the banana pie latte and it was amazing loved it! Will definitely be back! Line was pretty smooth for the amount of people in line but that is to be expected 4.8/5

Came here with my sister yesterday and today. Yesterday’s service far surpassed today’s. I was in line, and one of the baristas called “I can take whoever is next.” So I gave her my order (their new specialty pumpkin loaf latte in a bucket with oat milk, decaf) and this barista looked less than eager to take my order. She looked like I was the world’s biggest inconvenience or she looked like she wanted to die… probably both. When she asked if there was anything else we wanted, she also seemed extremely annoyed, even tho I said no. And she just walked off and started our coffees. I asked my sister and myself multiple times if there was something I said or something I could have done to make her feel like that, because I first thought it was something I personally did. I genuinely feel bad for this individual because she seemed to have had a day from Hell. She called out our coffees and just dropped them on the counter and ran off into the back, her coworkers patting her on the back and telling her “it’s okay, take your break!!” Now, I don’t know this young lady, but I hope she had the day she deserved and if it was something that I said, I apologize. But whatever issue she had before I walked up, or during her morning is NOT my fault, and I refuse to be treated like this by anyone. She needs to leave her issues at the door, and not project on customers.
Otherwise, my pumpkin loaf latte was bomb. Just awful service today, and is making me question if I would like to return.

I’ve seen this coffee place all over TikTok. So of course I had to try the viral bucket coffee!
The place is cute and I’m down with their vibe! It’s definitely on the smaller side. The coffee was very good. I ordered a mocha latte with cherry and vanilla syrup. It gave me chocolate cordial cherry vibes if that’s your thing! It was very sweet! Def recommend tho!

It was ok at best. Service is lacking. Not very nice staff. Coffee house has to feel good. It’s essential with a coffee house. They just want you out of the building as quickly as possible. They act as if they hate their jobs. Service has to improve here. Coffee was ok. I did not have food. It was all put away, and again, they wanted you out anyway.

Coffee Cubby is such a great local spot. Their coffee is always delicious, and the sandwiches are amazing. I especially love that they use Portuguese Bolo as a bread option. It is so soft and flavorful. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is cozy, and everything tastes fresh. Definitely one of my favorite places to grab coffee and a bite to eat.
