Zeppis of ny is my go to favorite place to go!! I order lunch all the time.. great affordable prices and delicious food you can’t find anywhere else.. awesome hole in the wall pizza shop I recommend the mvp pizza

Excellent customer service and homey feel in this place. Definitely would return to try more things. We ordered the following:

Greek salad: 8/10 do not ask for extra feta like I did

The pizza was delicious! Being a native New Yorker I am very critical of NY style pizza and Zeppo’s did not disappoint. This place reminded me of home! Great quality ingredients, flavorful sauce and plenty of cheese equals finger licking good. Great job…will be back!

Right into it. This place is AWESOME. Right up the street from home & probably one of the best subs & pizza I’ve ever received. The seeded rolls are that Philly/Jersey REAL sub shop feel. The pizza was absolutely delicious, the chicken parm 10/10. I’m getting a cheesesteak tomorrow, no exceptions. I travel the East Coast for work daily and this is rivaling some of the best out of town spots. The former Marias and neighboring Pizza Sauce don’t, and won’t, hold a candle to this new spot. And those imported Italian lemon sodas in the case are a must try (over ice or right out of the can 11/10). Thank you!!!
Edit December 11, 2025: Cheesesteak sub is excellent, meatball sub is excellent, stuffed shells are excellent, crinkle cut fries were pretty good (I’m not a fry guy lol) Small Sicilian pizza is so filling I ate pizza for 3 days! (Reviewer Robyn B is a liar, she hates Ravage Deli too which is simply INSANE!)
Edit December 23: $8 cold cut might be the best deal in town!! The Ziti was a huge portion. Chicken cheesesteak is delicious. More lemon sodas please . Stromboli pinwheels are my new favorite “snack.”

Fantastic cheesesteak! The fresh seeded roll was great. Zeppi’s NY Pizza just open in Nov ‘25 but Joe has 20+ years in the business. Great sandwich and great price (<$11). Strongly recommend going to Zeppi’s!

The cheese slides right off of the pizza. It was a bit sloppy.
The price was affordable, and the pizza was hot, but I would pay more for a better quality pizza. The pizza was also a bit on the tougher side, and didn’t have a soft bite to it. I really wanted to love it… but it wasn’t memorable. Marias of Carney was better.

Ordered 5-6 pies for a lunchtime work event. Lots of options for vegetarian folks (entire order was vegetarian) and even had a gluten-free pie. Extremely professional group, had my order ready even a little bit before the agreed upon time. More importantly, the pizza was extremely delicious and at a reasonable price.

I ordered a 16” pizza with one 1/2 ZEPPIS the works and 1/2 cheese. It was delicious and fresh. Would definitely comeback. I requested a little extra sauce. I started to take a picture before we dove in , but I was hungry. It would have made a great pic.

I went in after work for the first time and wanted 2 slices of cheese and a steak roll. Joe let me know about a deal on the steak rolls so I instead got 2 of those and a slice of cheese. Joe was especially polite, and held a conversation with me the entire time I was in their restaurant. The pricing was excellent and fair. Overall, I felt very welcome here and was excited to try the food, which did not
