Had a promotional item for free double protein. So ordered half chicken half steak plus the promised promotion. Then added rice light brown beans veggies and corn with salsa and sour cream on the side. I had no chicken or double protein and no veggies Every time I order from this chipotle there is an issue. When you go inside they are out of everything half the time and place is a mess. Apparently need better management!! Things are already expensive enough but come on this is not a bit of 20$ worth!!

This place is now Skimp City. When it first opened a couple years ago, I always received good-sized portions and felt I was getting good value for what I was paying. Sometime earlier this year, something changed, and I’ve been getting half the amount of food I used to get. The only time I visit Chipotle anymore is when they load a promo on my account for double meat—at least then, I’m getting a little closer to what I used to get. So sad what Chipotle has become.

The white male manager with the shoulder length brown hair is always yelling at his employees and being passive aggressive, absolutely killing the ambiance. The portion sizes at this location are pitiful and they are always out of something major. In the evenings, the only protein they have left is chicken. Many of the employees (not all) are halfway competent and not well trained. The food is rarely well cooked or seasoned. You’re better off going to the one on Page Rd.

I visited this establishment today and was very concerned about the food safety practices. One employee was preparing food and handling cash without changing gloves. Those same gloves were then used to touch food items directly, including cheese and lettuce, without utensils.
In addition, the overall cleanliness of the establishment appeared poor. These practices pose a serious health risk and suggest a lack of proper supervision or training. I left without making a purchase due to these concerns. I hope this issue is addressed promptly to ensure customer safety.

They’re serving under cooked rice and their excuses for that is understaff. Big no, check your bag before you go. I ordered online and picked it up. Went home and saw big chunks of rice which is raw. Had to eat the toppings for dinner as they closed by the time I reached home. This is my second time with chipotle’s ignorance, last time I found beef mixed with my chicken order and I can’t eat beef, now this. Undercooked rice is the host for multiple infections. They need their food inspected more often and throughly.

Veeeery unprofessional staff, very drity place, very rude “manager” i think?. A short black girl with glasses was yelling at employees in front of 10 customers in line. I understand the frustration of having people waiting in line but she made us all uncomfortable just because she needed some ingreients. But that is not the way you say things. Aside of that, the guy in the front of the store was telling people it was the cook’s fault saying “he is the problem” (the one wearing the hoodie. He had his pants underneath his waist and we could all see his underpants. He was pulling his pants up and serving the food… nice.. the cook was working fast and doing his job while getting yell at. There was strong language involved and we all could hear it. I had an order of six bowls and decided to drive to cary onle because all this mess. And i live right behind this chipotle. I wish the bedt for the cook the guy with the mustache because this is the WORST ENVIROMENT to “learn” and they are against him. Instead of hating thoy should help him. You are supossed to be a team.. the worst experience i have ever had in a chipottle… when this all changes i will be hopefully changing this review and eating here..

We ordered two bowls online and the portions were extremely small as the bowls were only half filled. There was barely any cheese and barely any rice. The guac was also not good and was chunky.

I’ve visited this location three times now, and each visit has been more disappointing than the last.
Earlier this week I went in to try the new Carne Asada Bowl, and to my surprise, the server grabbed a tiny 2 oz cup—the same kind used for sides of guac or sour cream—and that’s how much steak I received. It barely covered the mound of rice they piled on to make up for it.
On top of that, the server didn’t follow my simple instructions to place most of my sides in separate cups so they wouldn’t get soggy on the way home. This wasn’t even during a rush—it was **2:14 PM**, and no one else was in line until one person walked in behind me.
Chipotle charges way too much to be giving out scraps of meat. $15.70 for mostly rice and sides is unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed, and this location really needs to do better.
