I’ve never had a bad experience with this location. The customer service is always pretty good and the food quality has never been anything less than expected. Pretty accurate wait times as well as I have never had to sit and wait for very long. I love the convenient drive-thru on the site as well. I always use that whenever I can as it saves me from having to get out of my car in the cold winter.

This place is horrible do not go here walked in to get two hot and ready and one crazy bread! Well I paid she told me it would be right up! After I sat there and waited 5 minutes for her to count her drawer! She proceedes to take another customer that got a hot and ready and a crazy bread! Well there was two ready and a crazy bread on the warmer then she gave that away to the guy that paid after me!! I would not recommend this place the food wasn’t all that good could’ve been cooked 5 minutes longer! Also waited for my food 15 minutes for a hot n ready!! This place is a joke! Horrible customer service!!

I mean, I know you shouldn’t expect much from a Little Caesars, but I ordered almost an hour before they close on a Saturday and the way my ordered look when I got home looked like it was cooked for all of 3 minutes. Absolutely terrible. If you’re going to stay open till 11:00 pm, serve good pizza cooked all the way through until 11:00 p.m.

Pizza was hot and didn’t take but a couple minutes before it was ready. Friendly enough staff and clean facility. Drive through is nice. However, $7.20 for a pizza makes it almost worth getting a higher quality pizza.

AVOID AT ALL COST
Put in an order for a deep dish and waited in line outside because they have a drive thru. The kid working the window told me I could pull out front to wait. Had a spot right front row, and waited about 20 minutes. Guy never brought the pizza out. Finally decided to go in and see what was up.
It was done and just waiting in there???
Ended up being the worst pizza I EVER GOT
Couldn’t even eat the thing it was so greesy.
AVOID SCHOOLCRAFT LITTLE CEASARS AT ALL COST.
Messaged little ceasers and they did nothing about it.

This place used to be pretty good. However, recently their extramostbestest pizza is really lacking. It doesn’t have extra or most of anything, and is definitely not the best anymore. Maybe management is telling it’s workers to skimp on the toppings. Plus their prices have increased! If you’re gonna increase prices, then you better make sure you don’t decrease on quality.
Updated review: attached a pic of a more recent purchase. It’s better than last time, but pepperoni still missing on a third of the pizza.
