I love coming here!! The coffee is great along with other drinks! My go to iced coffee is sugar free mocha with cream and Splenda. I also order a strawberry lemonade with passion fruit and green tea which is amazing!! The people are always very chipper, happy to greet you and ask you what your plans are for the day! Love it!! They also occasionally have stickers which makes my day!!! Much better than Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks any day!!! Please come to Maine!!!

I’ve been coming here almost everyday for years . Normally the staff is on point and super sweet. Today around 9:15 the girl at the window absolutely lovely . The two taking the orders in the drive thru . We asked for a pup cup for our fur baby in the car . My brain is still trying to process why this employee asked if the pup cup is for a human or an animal while our animal was inside the car . I’m sorry did you think that my mother was going to eat the whipped cream out of the pup cup . Please don’t project what it is that you probably do! Be respectful!

I got my order taken by Jaz at the window and she was very nice and got my medium white mocha with oat milk on point helping with dairy free options. probably the best Dutch bros Ive been to.

The workers are so amazing! Went in to get my birthday drink expecting this little coffee but oh my goodness! I got the iced cinnamon swirl chai latte and it is delicious! I will definitely encourage people to come to this location. My very first visit and it was very pleasant. Thank you to the hard workers too!

Over the past month, I’ve noticed a consistent pattern with the drinks here. If you don’t tip, you seem to get more ice and less syrup. If you tip 15% or more, you get less ice and more syrup. I understand it’s mostly young workers, but customers shouldn’t be short changed on their drinks based on whether or not they tip at the drive-thru. Maybe it’s just coincidence, but it’s happened too consistently for me to ignore.

We live on the peninsula, so we make it a point to stop by the Wheaton Way Dutch Bros when we’re across the bridge, even if it’s a little out of the way. The drinks are fantastic, but the staff is absolutely out of this world. Every single visit, no matter who is on staff that day, we are treated so well. They are always engaging and fun, even when they are packed with customers. My daughter turned 22 today. With a multitude of health struggles, including 2 brain surgeries last year, it has been a journey getting to to this point. She really needed a better start to this next trip around the sun. When she ordered her birthday drink, they went out of their way and decorated her cup. All the employees in the store shouted a big happy birthday to her as we pulled away. We were in tears. They don’t know us, or her story. They just wanted to make her day special. They have no idea how much that meant to her. I have always had a wonderful experience at every Dutch Bros I’ve visited, but this crew is just next level.

My grandpa gave me a gift card of 15 dollars for dutch bros for Christmas. When I went to use it they said it must be already used because it had no funds. Even suggested my 90 year old grandpa used it then gave it to me. Even though on the actual website it said the card was inactive they refused to fix it and just said they would give me a single drink. My grandpa paid 15 dollars and i had the receipt. Don’t get gift cards here or drinks in my opinion.

The best Dutch Bros! The only one with indoor seating! They have GAMES to play! Domino’s, connect four, that bean bag game, and more! Excellent customer service (staff always have upbeat attitudes) and an amazing selection of sugar free and dairy free add ons!

Multiple times at this location I have received caffeinated beverages after asking for decaf. I am extremely sensitive to caffeine and it can potentially give me heart problems and ruin an entire week due to nonsleep. I try to remind them at every junction because I understand most people want caffeine and its probably habit to go to the caffeinated grounds but it has become extremely frustrating and I unfortunately have to give up my Dutch Bros because its too risky.
