Ian and Jared at Panda Express turned a quick lunch run into a truly memorable experience. I have never seen anyone so FRIENDLY and INVITING. They made me feel like family from the moment I walked in. Most fast food spots feel rushed or standoffish, but Ian and Jared greeted every customer with warmth and genuine care. I even tried to give each of them a $10 tip and they politely refused, saying they weren’t allowed to accept tips, and that honesty and professionalism only made me admire them more. These two are the heart of that location; they make the business what it is. If I owned a restaurant, I would hire them in a heartbeat. Five stars all the way!

I went to the Panda Express in Fairfax. The service was fine, and the employees were polite. The store looked clean, and the prices were not bad, but not cheap, a bowl without a drink cost around 10$.
As for the food, it’s not really my taste. It doesn’t feel like real Chinese food—too oily, too sweet, and overall too fatty. I usually do not buy anything for myself from Panda Express. I mostly just go because my kids like it. A few items might be okay, but most of it doesn’t seem very healthy.

Picked up a party-size order today and was helped by Jessica. She was absolutely wonderful—so kind, attentive, and made sure multiple times that I had everything I needed. I’ve visited Panda Express many times, but this was by far the best customer service experience I’ve had. Huge thanks to Jessica for going above and beyond and helping make our party a success!

Customers at your location should be taken care of prior to those who call in their order. This evening, an entire new bowl of the item I wanted was taken up by an online order as I was trying to order it. Same thing happened to the customer in front of me. I found that to be discourteous. To make it worse, there were four small pieces of sesame chicken when I opened my to go container. Unbelievable.

I placed an order for 2 family meals in advance before the restaurant was even opened, scheduled for a 12pm pick up. I got there 5 minutes early, and I could see that my order was not prepared yet. I let the worker know of my presence. I then had to wait another 35 minutes for my order. I watched as many people walked in, ordered their food, and left with their order right away. Some people ordered 3-4 plates or a family meal, and they got it on the spot. Each time I asked when my order would be ready, i was told “another 5 minutes”. I find it unacceptable and frustrating that I ordered in advance, but had to wait for a long time while the person working at the food station prioritized walk-ins and didn’t bother with my order even after he was reminded again and again that I was still waiting. Not only that, they were skimpy with my order and did not fill it to the top of the box. A bad experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Panda Express location. The customer service was extremely poor, the staff were rude, unprofessional, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience.
On top of that, they didn’t even serve proper portions. They gave noticeably less chicken than usual, and when I asked about it, the attitude got even worse, and saying have a good day…… we expect at least the right amount of food and some basic respect.

I had a bad review for this place a couple of months ago. Still bad. This has happened multiple times so it deserves a write up. The workers here have zero sense of awareness to in house customers. Line is wrapped around to the door people waiting to order but all they care about is online orders that people aren’t even picking up yet. Literally sat there watching two other workers packing up food and putting them in bags while we all just sit there and watch one guy try and serve all the people in line. Absolutely ridiculous! Make that make sense!

If you order, order in person. I ordered online and it said order will be ready in 10 min, so I went in store to wait. It took them 25 min to get me my single plate, while all those people ordering me in person walked past me with their food in like 3 min. So don’t order online.

I’ve been to various locations, but this spot recently opened not too long ago so I decided to give it a shot for dinner. Upon arrival there were a handful of people in line, and several others that arrived after. The process took a bit of time and I waited about 20 minutes to place my order. When selecting my 2 sides, it turns out both were an additional $1.50 each (honey walnut shrimp & wok seared steak and shrimp). The portions are not much so I was surprised there was an extra fee. On top of that, I noticed a sign at checkout that said fortune cookies are $1.50. What?! That’s insane. In any event, I enjoyed my food and plan on visiting again soon. Kudos to the staff for being nice and friendly, and hope the wait is minimal next time.

Ordered my meal on doordash and it took about an hour from the moment I placed the order until it was at my door. Employees followed my notes perfectly and I had no complaints. For once, a location which didn’t have huge pieces of egg in the fried rice and didn’t overpower the entrees with vegetables in the plate as opposed to meat. Everything tasted delicious. Totally worth it.
