I placed a Seamless order at the Thai Mis Delicias truck that is usually parked up the street, but it was nowhere to be found, despite arriving at my order time and during “regular” hours. I called the contact number for the business, and a kind man told me that he would fix the situation and transfer my order to *this* truck (just a couple of blocks away). However, when I made it to the truck and waited, then checked on my order, and then finally explained the situation in more detail, the operator looked at me like an alien and said that he couldn’t help. So, I lost the Seamless order, waited in the sun for new food, and had to pay a second time out of pocket for my lunch.

**Update: the business owner responded to tell me to double-check that I placed the review at the correct location. In fact, this is the correct location, and I would suggest that the owner read the review content more carefully. I didn’t mention a specific time in my order, but they also disputed the order time, despite claiming not to find my order, which was for a “Black Pepper Stir-FryChicken, Add Bell Paper, Add Ginger, Extra Cashew Nut, Spicy + Thai Iced Tea” around 2pm on the afternoon of June 23, 2025.

My negative review was regarding *this* (Truck 1&2) business’s unwillingness to respectfully address me in the moment, nor shed any light on the situation, nor problem solve in Truck #3’s initial error (and Truck #3’s attempt to address their error). Following this experience, I did attempt to call the Truck 1&2 business directly, and they did not pick up the phone. Next, I got in touch with Seamless for a refund, which they completed with Thai Mis Delicias Truck #3.

I’m not someone who typically complains or writes negative reviews, but here are my suggestions for this business:
* Make sure your trucks are open during their posted business hours, at the correct location. (That would have avoided the Truck #3 issue in the first place.)
* Work on customer service/politeness with employees at Truck 1&2. (That would have avoided this negative review.)
* Are your trucks managed separately, like franchises (seems like “yes” based on your answer)? Then make sure that the employees also understand that and can address customer confusion regarding this. There are two identically-named trucks parked just three blocks away from each other on sixth avenue – some customer confusion is inevitable.

Just one too many nasty experiences with these folks. Food is fine but the people are just unbelievably unpleasant. Two things have happened with them: 1. They close their truck at random times, and if you come when they have left early but you have paid for an order it is a nightmare to get a refund. 2. They are just mean. Today I bought $30 worth of food online, went to pick up, asked for a bag. The guy said I hadn’t picked the “bag” option online, and I would have to pay 10 cents for one. I didn’t have a dime on me. I balanced the 4 piping hot dishes on top of each other on my ten minute walk back to my office. Never again.

If you’re looking for delicious Thai food in the city, look no further than this amazing food truck. In my opinion, it’s the best Thai cuisine around. Don’t be misled by the 1-star reviews you may see, as they’re mostly about a delivery app and not the quality of the food itself. I’ve tried many dishes from the menu, and they never disappoint. From the savory sauces to the flavorful stir-fries, everything is cooked to perfection with fresh ingredients and just the right amount of spice. All in all, this is easily the best food truck in the city, and definitely worth a visit if you’re a fan of Thai cuisine.

The drunken noodle (pad kee mao) was delicious, it had the wok hey needed for a stir fry noodle. I would definitely be coming back to try their other dishes!

It’s a food truck so there is no parking for you and obviously the atmosphere is the sidewalk around you. So grab some great food and be on your way.

Worst Thai food I’ve ever had. Customer service is horrible and the people on the truck are legitimately mean. The noodles were soggy and disgusting, the vegetables mushy and the chicken rubbery. Go elsewhere, this place sucks.

Lovely people and quick service, food however…. three words. Loads of onions. I despise onions in my food, not the taste but texture. Fist time ordered some fried rice, OK I should have checked the list of ingredients. Second time, ordered a pad thai, no onion in the list of ingredients obviously, and honestly I know what pad thai is, …. it had probably half a pound if onion, kid you not. Made my meal slow and cold because first I had to pick out every single piece. Had to write this review as a fair warning.

I ordered my Mealpal from here to pick up from 2:15-2:30pm. These meals pre-ordered so I already paid for it. Got there at 2:32pm and they were closed. They said that they couldn’t do anything about it. They were not very nice about it and shrugged me off.

I should have read the reviews first before ordering from here. This was really unfortunate because I really was looking forward to the Pad Thai.

Time for closing on their website, Google and Yelp are wrong. They don’t close at 3pm.

I have had other dishes before and no complaints but my order got a bit messed up. The meat was very tough and was in cubes instead of thin-sliced beef.
Way too much veg than meat
