I went to eat here with my mother this evening and we both asked for our dishes to be no hotter than a 2 spicy. This lady thinks it’s funny that she gave us somewhere around a 4+. I used to adore this place greatly and highly recommend it. To think that the owner thinks that it is funny to over spice an overpriced meal to begin with is absolutely ridiculous. I will neither be returning nor will I recommend this place to anybody, ever again. She didn’t even try to apologize. I shouldn’t expect anything better from Pocatello.

The Thai kitchen in Pocatello is much better overall. If you want to fantastic experience with high-quality Thai food and Vietnamese food you should check out Dee’s Kitchen in Idaho Falls. I’ve never never had a bad experience here and it’s definitely worth the drive!!

My dad and I went here a couple weeks ago and we won’t be going back. The service was TERRIBLE, she was not friendly at all. We were standing up at the front for a while before she came to seat us and waited a while to get our drinks. We ordered the tacos for an appetizer and most were completely empty. If anything was inside it was a dimed sized piece of chicken. When I received my chicken it was like a bowl of cereal…. and the chicken was so soggy from being submerged in the sauce. Disappointed with the experience.

This food is about as authentic as you can get. After realizing the only lady there is literally the only lady there running the shop and cooking, we couldn’t have been more impressed. My boyfriend got to talking to her and learned what part of Thailand she was from, and her family. We learned she made everything on her menu and they are her own recipes. Everything we tried was amazing. The sticky rice came just like it does in Thailand. We had chicken satay as an appetizer with a number 1 spice. And I would suggest nothing higher than a 1! He tried something I don’t know what it was. But I have the picture of it. And I had yellow curry with chicken. So yummy. We already talked about going back to try something different. She was very nice! All these comments saying she isn’t are not nice seeing as how she is doing everything. Seating. Taking orders. Drinks. And cooking up some amazing food!

Service had gone down drastically. In fact I noticed a hair in my food. I ordered a red curry which was full of water and tasteless. Staff was also unfriendly to take off the amount from the check. I had to wait for 2p mins to talk to the manager to adjust the amount. It could be because there were just 2 staff members working in the hotel. We drove nearly 50 miles just to eat at this place and we were very disappointed.

The customer service is just terrible. Not smiling, not excited to see us, didn’t even answer us when we said to have a good day. We are not planning on coming again. The food though is a whole different ball game. It was delicious and had great flavors and spices. Perfect size to share. Just horrible customer service, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Way too spicy! We ordered 2. The spice level is 1-5 and she said she can’t even handle a 3!? Well then adjust your rating scale so people can enjoy their meal. We started with shrimp spring roll. Only 1 little shrimp in each and had our mouths burning from the peanut dipping sauce (never had a spicy peanut sauce). Then our food came out and we couldn’t even eat it. Also, horrible consistency of curry. It was like gravy. Would not recommend.

My husband and I dined in with my Daughter and Son in Law, and the server (owner) was not personable. We asked what fountain drinks were available and she just flat told us to turn the menu around and look. There is a sign at the entrance before you get seated about having disruptive children you pretty much won’t be able to dine in. This is the 3rd time we’ve dined here and will be the last time. Food is good but the lady is not so nice.
