All the tables were dirty, despite us being the only customers in the store. The fries tasted like they were sitting for 2 hours, the chicken strips were lukewarm at best, the blizzards were runny and not made to order and we had to go get them from the counter instead of the staff bringing them to our table. Worst experience at a DQ I’ve ever had.

Awful experience here. Worker was extremely rude over the speaker. Still rude at the window. We ordered three blizzards, the third one was for my son who has a peanut allergy. There was peanut butter in it. We were traveling and had to pull off on the next exit for the emergency room. We did not inform the worker of a peanut allergy, but we have been to other Dairy Queen locations with him many times and never had an issue. You need to teach your staff some customer service and maybe a crash course on cross contamination and allergens. This could have had a much more severe result than a four hour layover at the emergency room. Allergy parents beware!!!

Stopped to get 2 cones and a pup cup. The place was filthy. Food all over the floor in the icecream area. When we got our dipped cones you could see through the choc and cherry. And they both had it dripping everywhere. Cone was a mess. Didn’t even offer to re make or wipe them down. You need to teach your employees how to actually make a cone. The ice cream was like 1 inch tall and didn’t even look like a icecream cone.

I’ve been coming here to order food, but the gravy is always missing. They’re too lazy to make it. It’s a rare occurrence that they have it, and it’s always very slow and filled with attitude.

I went to buy a royal New York cheese cake large and a large fries. The ice cream was very good. The fries was cold, but that’s not why I’m bringing this up. My most problem every time I got there like today. The Hispanic girl at the window was kind of rude and gave me a worst experience ever. Not a single word from her mouth there’s no hi or hello and thank you or have a good day. None of that. I’m not sure she was the manager but even that she shouldn’t be acting like that attitude. I’m a manager for many years. I would told her she needs to have great customer service at the window and she needs to change her attitude. She’s getting paid to be at work. If she doesn’t like her job then she needs to quit and find another job. But she needs to appreciate her job and customers. She will definitely need to change her attitude, her face, her eye and her mouth. I want her to be successful, but she needs to be more polite and respect to her customers.

Ice cream tasted like how Dairy Queen always would. Creamy, soft, and tasty especially for soft serve. The strawberry mix in the Royal New York Cheesecake was very awesome! Best treat I’ve had in a while and it had to be Dairy Queen once again!

Absolute worst experience at this location. The manager on duty was angry with me for multiple mistakes they made on our order. She told me I was being rude because I brought up the mistakes. Not a single time did she apologize. The others in the store were nice and corrected the mistakes. It was the manager on duty who couldn’t be bother to even look at me. Highly suggest some customer service training for her. She also told me she didn’t care if I called to complain, gave me her name and told me to call the general manager tomorrow. It being my daughter’s birthday, other customers were smiling telling her happy birthday. The manger on the other hand didn’t even smile a single time. Very unwelcoming and didn’t seem like she even wanted to be there. Seems like there are many bad reviews on here, with a leader like her, I am not surprised.

I ordered Buffalo tenders that was on the menu. Received plain and was told after i bought it that they don’t do those anymore. They were kids. But still take the sign down. It was fine. Food was good.

Ice cream tasted great, but the place was filthy. Bathroom was disgusting, floors and baseboards looked filthy, staff had zero personality. They were slammed because of the hot weather, but that is no excuse for the service we received. This was the worst Dairy Queen we have ever visited.
