I go to scooters all the time in Ellisville. Never had a problem. The last 2 times I’ve gone to this location has been awful. Coffee tastes charred/old. They argue with me about whipped cream because i asked for almond milk creamer. Ellisville always asks me if i want whipped cream. Don’t know why that was such an issue. I do not recommend this location. The only redeeming quality was the nice gentleman at the window. (Also its a health violation to accept drinks back through the window after you’ve already handed it out. Good job.)

10/10! I never drank coffee until I went to scooters. Scooters has made me love coffee, so that’s impressive. The staff is always so kind and welcoming. The owner takes great initiative in making sure every customer feels satisfied. I highly recommend this establishment.

I have been coming to Scooters every morning ever since it has opened and I always get exactly what I ordered, and in great flavor and quality. The staff are always friendly and even go out of their way to remember mine and my wife’s names. We especially love how friendly Gunnar is and enjoy seeing him working window. We are very happy to have Sullivan Scooters be a part of our daily morning routine and wouldn’t have it any other way.

I wish I could give no stars. We came here for coffee and a treat. Ordered and by the time we got to window realized we forgot our cash at home and didn’t have enough for the whole total and asked to take off the food and keep drinks. Cashier looked at us and said “it’s already made” we responded by saying we don’t have the money for the whole order what do you want us to do and the cashier responded “well you should have thought about that before you ordered” and then asked how much we had to pay an only took off one item. We paid the remainder and left. He was rude and inconsiderate. Will not return to the scooters and in Sullivan and very very tempted to no longer to go to any of them around here. Which is a bummer because I loved getting the cold brews often. What a shame.

I don’t personally drink coffee, but my family members do, so I’m always going on a coffee run for them. Anytime I have been to this location, my order is accurate, the staff is friendly and the service is fast.

Been going to Scooter locations for over a year now on a weekly basis. I do like their coffee. I order my coffee the same everytime….1 large regular hot coffee with 4 cream. My total is $3.27 everytime. I went to Sullivan location 3 times since they have opened and the amount has been the same. I went yesterday and they said my total was over $6, I asked why a d they said charge for extra cream…that seems like a lot if so. Then I returned this morning thinking g that yesterday was a mistake..nope…the charge was still outrageous. I will never come back to scooters unfortunately after this. They will do just fine without my business if they can up charge that much. Scooters just lost a customer unfortunately due to greed. Sorry, I just dont think thats fair to charge that much for creamer.
