About 90% of the time my mobile orders are late on this specific visit. It was way later because they took a large school order after mine. Normally whatever I got to wait isn’t a huge deal it’s the day and age we live in. However when I got home the pasta was wrong and the cheese sticks didn’t have marinara. I called and he said he would get started on the new one so I headed there. When I got there, they hadn’t started on the new one, but instead I got questioned by three different associates acting like I’m trying to steal a $10 pasta. So I finally open the box of the one I got to show them it was Alfredo and not the Italian meat and cheese and even showed them my order where it said Italian meat and cheese, and they still continued looking for my order in the computer to make sure I’m not lying to them. Three times I told them I never got the marinara sauce and they still didn’t give me the marinara sauce, but I was done and just left. Not a single apology for their screwup on the pasta. I will either order Casey’s or godfathers next time or buy it in Jefferson City before I leave work. I’ll eat cold pizza before I deal with this service.

Take out was wrong again ( happens quite often) but they must have a new manager. Got home noticed it was way wrong called and he says the receipt in my hand is wrong . Says if I come up there he’s calling the cops . (Get this) because I’m being unreasonable because I want the pizza I ordered that’s on my receipt and he could have the wrong one back.

Not very satisfied last few trips. Waited to leave a review to see if things improved, they have not. I try to utilize the online ordering for convenience. The last 3 times i have ordered, one item gets forgotten or made when everything else on the order has been made. Super simple order, two large one topping pizzas and one melt. Well i got a cold melt, a cold one topping pizza, and a pathetic excuse rush job one topping that literally has 10 pieces of pork sausage on it. Stop by if you need a two liter of soda, they cant mess that up
