On our way back from Las Vegas to SFO, dropped by at Flavor of Punjab for dinner.
To begin with the aloo Samosas was very good and its freshly prepared unlike other places where frozen samosas are sold, the next one on our order was Fish pakoras which was mild and crispy.
The tandoori chicken was slightly different from usual tandoori, panner was loaded with onions and green peppers and it was spicy.
We also ordered chicken masala was good, Mushroom mattar masala was sweet, and all of our favorite among all was the Dhal which was ultimate, it paired well with Naan, Rotis and Jeera Rice. Overall it was good food. I would highly recommend this place. Happy eating folks.

Highly recommend this place we found while driving to Yosemite National Park. The Indian food was authentic and very tasty, and the service was great. The food portions were also big and they also offered extra condiments like achaar, chutney, onion salad. Free water bottle was offered. Food was so great that we thought of takeaway dinner. Owners were very kind and even gave us dessert (kheer) for free, which we noticed only after reaching our destination. Such a sweet gesture. The masala tea was also really good.

First – the people there are amazing! Very friendly and welcoming. The food is amazing. The butter chicken was made a little spicy just right for the south Indian taste buds. Super quick service. The roti/naan were made fresh and tasted delicious. The quantity is amazing and pricing was set right. No complaints.

On my way to Yosemite, stopped by this restaurant to try Punjabi food. Ordered tandoori roti, daal makhni, mango lassi, rice, and a dessert. It is by far the best Punjabi food I have had in a long time and freshly cooked. I highly recommend this restaurant!

A Great Road Trip Find!
This place is a gem! Stopped here during a long drive and the staff was so welcoming and the service was excellent. We had the Goat Biriyani and Chicken Karahi with naan—both were absolutely delicious and the portions are huge (easily enough for two). The naan was perfectly soft, and the refreshing lassi was the ideal drink to go with it. They even gave us complimentary mineral water bottles, salad, and raita. Clean restrooms are a huge plus for a long haul. Highly recommend!

Best parantha’s on the highway. Reminded me of the flavors of roadside dhabas in Punjab. Had too much to eat and felt nostalgic too. Authentic experience with simple ingredients.
