I have made several posts when rating and reviewing this place in the past…… it was about a year ago where all started to go downhill, however I’m here today to repost that this is one of my favorite places since they’ve gotten rid of all the trash that worked their previously. I am a frequent goer and the food is always good when I order. It is also ready when I order. I want to thank management for listening to our concerns and restructuring their staff. Placed an online order, I was given a time from 11:45a-11:50a. I arrived and pizza was not done nor was there an update on the status of the pizza from the app. I tried to speak to the representatives and I was ignored for the longest. After about 15 extra minutes one of the guys came to the front then I asked him about my order. He said it wasn’t ready yet and it was already noon and I’ve placed my order around 11:10a. The service was horrible!!!!!!!!!

Little Caesars is the king of budget pizza. Pro tip: Order through the app for a ‘custom’ pizza, it costs about the same but guarantees it’s fresh out of the oven. The Crazy Bread is a must add every single time. Great price, great taste.

This location puts the capital r in Ratchet and the capital D in Delayed. I pull up since I got an email that says my order is ready in the portal. I go to the portal, I see my name, but no pizza. So now I’m waiting in line and I get to a cashier and ask her where my pizza is. She is so aloof that I have to repeat myself twice. She says it’s just getting ready. She already had a snarky attitude but I let that slide a little. I sat there for 5 minutes and then I asked her when is the pizza going to be ready. They told me 5 minutes. The pizza is ready and she puts it in the portal. I’m sitting here like, why would you put it in the portal if I’m sitting in your face.?? So anyways I put my code in the portal anyways, and guess what, the dingbat put it in the wrong portal. So now I’m frustrated and say just give it to me! Ashley gives it to me they do not give me my sauce so I say Where is my sauce? I tell them that it is paid for and then what appears to be a somewhat manager I think, she looks like Bernie Mac but shorter with dry dreadful locks that need a touch up. She had a nerve to get Snappy with me asking about my sauce and so I got Snappy back with her because I don’t play that. Here I Am they are late, raggedy and unprofessional, there’s like six dirt balls working in the background, one of them scrolling on their phones, none of them have on gloves or hair nets. This fake manager had a nerve to have a full out back and forth with me with a raised voice in front of another customer and so I matched her energy! Then a Pillsbury character came out trying to add their two cents in because it looks like they were all not there to work. There is no supervision in this place and I guess they feel like they can say or do whatever they want to because no one is looking. Guess what, news flash, I’m posting this review and we’ll be writing corporate. They are lucky, if I don’t show up with a camera crew or a health inspector… unprofessional, DUSTY and uncouth. And guess what, they still could not get the order right! Pizza looks like a tragedy! This place has gone down down down… fire all of them.

This was my first time at this location. When I arrived my order was in the oven waiting to be picked up. Only to find out I was missing 2 other items I ordered. The pizza that was ready was not to my liking, it was broken up and seemed to have been cooked to long. I was already late picking my pizza up and my order still wasn’t ready. So after standing in a long line I finally got to the counter to see about my order and to see if they could replace my flat bread pizza. The extra one they had in the oven waiting looked just like the one I had smh. I asked if they could make me another one she said no not at this time. Like what I was willing to wait and everything. I’m so disappointed with my visit!!!!!

1st visit in years. Ordered pizza on app. When I arrived a little late, pizza was hot and waiting inside a locked self-service kiosk. Mobile order in app specified where my order was located and provided a 3 digit pin to open door. Easy and convenient .
