If I could give this business a 0 star, I would definitely do that! I’m honestly really disappointed with our experience at this Tim Hortons yesterday. We stop for coffees and matchas all the time at other locations and never have issues, but this visit was a mess from start to finish.
In the morning, my wife had to go back inside because her coffee had no sugar at all. Then my daughter didn’t even get to enjoy her matcha—she waited until we left because it was too hot, and when she finally tried it, it was way too sweet. My own coffee was just okay, nothing special.
After skiing, we decided to give them another chance and see if we could at least get a replacement matcha since the morning one was basically undrinkable. They were supposed to be open for another 10 minutes, but the door was already locked, which was strange. So we went through the drive-thru, and the guy who answered sounded annoyed right from the start.
We explained the situation, and he immediately said he couldn’t help us because the espresso machine was already turned off. So he shut everything down early and locked the doors before closing time? And since when do you need an espresso machine for a matcha? I kept asking what could be made, and he just kept repeating what he couldn’t do, in the most rude, condescending tone. Finally I asked him straight up what options were even available so I wouldn’t waste more time, and he said the only thing he could offer was black coffee. Seriously? Why not say that from the beginning?
It’s honestly embarrassing that Tim Hortons would hire someone so unprofessional, rude, and clearly eager to leave early. What a huge disappointment. Shame on you, Tim Hortons.
Furthermore, looking at all the other bad reviews in here makes me wonder, who owns this location and is letting all of this happen?

I usually stop by the location closest to my work but the Sashabaw location is closest to my house… Every time I visit this location I am sorry I did. Bagels are stale about 50% of the time and burnt more often than not. Today I was given the entirely wrong order (wrong drink and wrong kind of bagel) but I was already home when I realized and had already waited 25 minutes in the drive thru (which is another issue here) and wasn’t about to wait again. I keep giving you guys a chance and literally every time it sucks. You also have higher prices than the other location that’s only a mile away, which I wouldn’t mind if it wasn’t such a bad experience every single time.

Unfortunately conflicted with the service at this location. The lady who took our order was very pleasant; however, the older man at the window was extremely rude and abrasive. He wouldn’t make eye contact and started shouting at our car because we didn’t know he was speaking to us.

I moved to Clarkston about 5 years ago and have been going to this Tim Horton for years. In the recent years I’ve noticed that the quality of service has gone down since then. I’ve had small issues in that time but nothing review worthy. Yesterday I went to the drive thru and ordered a Halloween bucket, 2 BC and a hot coffee. I get to the window and I give them my card to pay, the cashier asks after I pay if I wanted a different flavor of timbits (since they were out of the one I wanted) that’s fine, but then she asks if I have a bucket they could fill and I said no.. she hands me an open Tim box and my coffee. I just assumed they were out of the buckets. She hands me the other donuts and asks for my card back as she accidentally only charged me for 10 tim bits.. I say yes to be compliant but then asked if I was getting a bucket and she didn’t answer me (I assume she just didn’t hear me), but I was pretty irritated at this point and just left with what I had. I’ve also noticed that the drive thru times are longer than they were before as this interaction took almost 10 mins. Bottom line is food the food is good here but service can be iffy. I work in the Detroit area and always grab from their Tim’s as the service is always friendly and fast!

Kind of ridiculous I spent $50 every day at this establishment that’s by my house, and I’ve been to this one once before and had no issues. Now all of a sudden it’s the “owners rules” that they don’t do pup cups. literally every single place does. So when I said could I pay for a side of it I get told that they don’t sell their whip cream on the side like that. I understand franchises get to make their own rules but come on. Super weird power trip.

The employee explained and answered questions confidently and accurately about their drinks, and helped me figure out what to get. They were almost closed and she probably wanted to get out of there sooner than later, and instead she spent time helping me! How nice of her!

My husband stopped to get me and my daughter 2 icedd Capp drinks. One pumpkin spice and one Carmel apple. Got to the window and hand him 2 hot drinks. He said no I ordered 2 icedd caps. Then went and dumped the hot drinks over ice he proceeded to tell them no that is not a icedd cap. They just kept saying yeah it is regardless of him saying no. When he called the guy on the phone got angry and cussed at my husband. Pictures is my “icedd cap”

Okay I don’t understand why but this location has THE worst bagels. They always taste a day old / dry and spongy. Avoid getting bagel breakfast sandwiches it’s worth the extra drive to get a bagel that doesn’t taste like it’s been sitting there since the day before. I gave this location so many chances hoping it was a fluke but it’s the same every time
