We decided to try a random Domino’s after leaving Dave & Buster’s tonight, and we are so glad we did! We actually live in Flushing, Queens, but this location was way better than the ones near us. The pizza tasted amazing, the quality was great, and it was cut perfectly (which surprisingly makes a big difference!).
I did carryout, and the staff were all so polite and welcoming. The whole place had a really good vibe.

Absolutely HORRIBLE delivery and customer service. Placed an order at 7:40PM with a 36 minute estimated wait time and didn’t get my order until 8:45 PM. I tried calling the store 5x before in that hour and no one picked up. The estimated time kept changing with no communication whatsever!
When the delivery man came, he rang the building door, I buzzed him in, and he came up and simply left my food on the floor. He didn’t even knock or call to alert me that he had made it to my door. If the delivery method was to “hand it to me”, leaving it at the door without any alert doesn’t make sense. To make matters worse, my order was incomplete. I called the store 3x and finally someone answered. The girl apologized and said they were busy (as expected on a Friday evening), but said the delivery guy would drop it off to me in about 10 minutes. Half an hour later, and still no one is here. I called the store another 2x before getting hold of someone. When the guy picked up the phone, he just kept yelling that the delivery was coming (without even asking for my order number or anything information). I asked if the delivery man would call me this time and repeated myself twice but he didn’t answer. Instead, he hung up on me. At 9:25, almost 2 hours after I place my delivery is when I received my full order.
ORDER ON YOUR OWN ACCORD AND BE READY TO WAIT!!!

They always deceptively mark on the app the your order is ready but when you go in it takes another 15-20 minutes overall 35 minutes on average a waste of time with dishonest customer service!!! Dominos is NOT a good company!!!

Horrible service and delivery, ordered a pizza 7pm and got delivered by 9pm, i tried calling the place 3 times and they never pickedup, never ordering there again, please don’t order pizza from this place if you don’t want same to happen.

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this location. I ordered pizza and a soda. I received a soda that was opened and someone drank from it. I have never had an experience like this from Domino’s. Please see my picture. Unfortunately, I ordered my food before I saw the poor reviews. Please avoid this location at Garden City, NY.

This place has really gone down hill. I have been a customer for nearly 40 years…… when Hasan had it- it was great– now its in the toilet.
They have a new GM that is the absolute worst she doesn’t know how to talk to people and then wanted to argue with me about the amount of cheese to put on a pizza which they barely put any cheese on it in the first place.
Her attitude and treatment of the customer alone makes me never want to come back. I give them a ZERO for quality of food –ZERO for customer service!! That GM is going to destroy this location. We won’t stand for that type of service and eventually the sales will decline watch and see.
Update 2/18/2026: Havent been back since this original review was written and I won’t go back.

My workplace ordered from this store tonight. Was already very cautious because it had a 2.0 rating on another site, with the most recent review complaining about food poisoning, but I thought it would be ok because I only wanted a single cheese slice. When the food arrived, it looked very odd and was partially burnt. It broke in half very easily and basically fell apart in my hand. After 30-45 minutes, my stomach started to act up, and I spent the next 50 minutes fighting for my life on the toilet. It’s been 30 minutes but I feel like the next toilet visit will be soon. Please do not eat here.
